SCHEDULE 'A' PART- I Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, trenches including Spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sub-class 'B' brick of size 230mm x 115mm x 75mm laid in trenches across the trench for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spread sand in trenches as sand cushioning to under ground cable for protection with fine river sand and provide reqd cover after punning down complete all as specified and directed. Note : Thickness of sand cushion after punning down will be measured and paid.

Material and labour for providing plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates for fixing poles, stay assembly etc without chamfered angles and flat, sprayed, rounded or mitred tops including all necessary form work complete all as specified.

Material and labour for steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (Over all length 9 metres long) confirming to IS-2713. Pole shall be painted with two coats of black bituminious paint throughout internally and externally up to planting depth, length from bottom and the remaining external protion shall be painted with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer and numbering the pole with white paint alfa numaric letters on black patch fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed. Note: Earthwork and PCC measured and paid separate Items.

Material and labour for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCCBs 415V, 4 Pole adjustable type 63 Amps with breaking capacity 16KA fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 09 above but 100 Amps.

Material and labour for stay assembly complete with & including 20 mm dia stay rod, loop type insulator, stay clamps and all accessories as shown in electrical plate No. 1 of MES Schedule 2009, Part-I fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for aluminium conductor, steel reinforced stranded 7/1.6 mm as in repair complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing LT feeder pillar boxes, outdoor type of size 0.60x0.60x0.45 mtr (approx) suitable size recommended by manufacturer cubical floor mounted type (IP-65 degree of protection) made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet duly powder coated on both sides, openable front & back door fitted with locking devices (with keys) including bus bar 200 Amps rating made of aluminium strip duly drilled holes for connections and mounted on epoxy based post insulators for 3 phase 4 wire 415 volts 50 Hz AC supply, cable entry boxes, cable gland including 50x50x6 mm angle iron frame 60 cm long duly painted with two coats at synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer (bottom portion of the panel), grouted 30 cm in PCC foundation with & including earthwork in soft/loose soil 1:2:4 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for replacement of earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than than 2.25 mtr deep below gound level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level and connected to earth plate surrounded by 15 cm thick packed layers of charcoal dust and common salt and connected to earth lead GI wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and thimbles and other end of the earth wire connected to DB and protected by galvanised iron or steel pipe medium grade 15 mm bore and water pipe 20 mm bore GI light grade with funnel and wire mesh including all necessary excavation and earth and all shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I of 2009 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 44 above but using galvanised iron strip 25 x 4 mm as earthing lead with 40 mm bore medium grade protection pipe.

Material and labour for applying one coat of aluminium paint on 9 mtr long steel tubular pole in position after preparation of surface of steel tubler pole including all fitted cross arms, clamp and nut, bolt etc including painting of black and yellow paint strips of 05 Nos of 30 cm wide strips or as ordered by Engr-in-Charge on pole up to 1.5 mtr high above coping level including numbering the pole of size 70 mm x 40mm by using stencil to the pole with black synthetic enamel paint (1st grade) 1.5 mtr above the ground level all as specified.

Supply& fix of First Aid box kit made out of MS sheet of approximate size 250 x 200 x150 mm comprising of all neceaary medicine amd marked with FIRST AID BOX , fixed to wall with suitable size of clamps & nuts-bolts complete all as specified and directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART- II Taking down carefully aluminium/copper point wiring any type including battens if any except for ceiling or where not feasible for light/ fan//bell/socket or power and including unscrewing from board, fitting and fixure such as switches,socket, ceiling rose,lamp holder,pendants, bracket and regulator etc and removing material from site including making good disturbed surface to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Old sub main wiring including GI earth wire and making good disturbed surfaces to match with the existing surface roof/wall/floor complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for point wiring with single core PVC insulated cable of size 1.5Sqmm nominal area with multi-stranded copper conductor, 1100V grade FRLSH drawn through and including PVC non metatllic concealed conduit of appropriate size & 1.8mm wall thickness with all fitting and accessories including GI sunken box alongwith hylum sheet of required thickness for mounting switches/sockets etc of suitable size including 1.5Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed single core copper conductor earth continuity wire connected to common earth dolly with proper colour coding for one light point/fan point/bell point complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 49 above but for One 3 point 5 Amps switch socket outlet point controlled by one switch on Independent board.

All as per item No. 49 above but with stranded copper conductor 2.5 Sq mm (nominal area), two single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 Volt grade ISI-694 marked for 3 pin, 15 Amp socket outlet, independent, including PVC insulated stranded copper conductor 2.5 Sqmm (nominal area) single core as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix switch piano flush type button single pole one way 5 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix switch socket combination 3/5 pin 5 Amps flush type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix switch socket combination 5/6 pin 15 Amps 2 in 1 universal plate complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully electric storage type water heater (Geysers) of any make and any capacity from its mounting place opening for inspection compete Including back plate heating element inner copper tank etc. De-scaling back plate and heating element by cleaning with Sulfuric acid/ de-scaling compound and re-assembling of Geysers after repairs carrying out and re-fixing in same position (Replaced items such as spares measured and paid separately)in relevent item including making good to walls with CM (1:3) or PCC (1:2:4) and plastering the wall surfaces with CM 1:6 and replacement of old nuts, bolts and rubber gasket etc all as directed . Note :- Any type of rubber gasket , rubber washer, screws , insulator tape required in work deem to be included in the quoted rate.

All as per item No 56 herein before but for descaling / cleaning the inner tank including denting and brazing the leakage joints / points till the leakage stop including carrying out minor repair of outer body surface, bottom and top cover complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Any damage if occured during the process of cleaning the geysers will be made good by contractor at no extra cost.

S & F stainless steel inner tank heavy duty in replacement of copper / steel inner tank housing pressure bearing capacity suitable to the existing 25 ltrs Cap Geysers.

All as per Srl Item No 57 herein above but 50 Ltrs geysers complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of top cover made of MS sheet 18 SWG duly painted with two coats of super enamel paint by spray painting suitable for 25 Ltrs geysers complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for re-winding of ceiling fan 1200 sweep and carrying out rewinding with proper grade/guage super enamelled copper winding wire ( approximate weight of winding wire 275 -325 gms /fan ) so as to achieve original specifications i.e current rating and RPM including all insulating materials,bushes etc re-assembling including testing for continious 2 hrs complete all as specified and directed Note :-1. RPM test of ceiling fan with suitable tachometer will be done in the presence of Engineer -in -Charge. 2. All T & P will be provided by the contractor with in the rates quoted for the item.

Material and labour for re-winding of wall mounted fan 400 sweep and carrying out rewinding with proper grade/guage super enamelled copper winding wire ( approximate weight of winding wire 250 -330 gms /fan ) so as to achieve original specifications i.e current rating and RPM including all insulating materials,bushes etc re-assembling including testing for continious 2 hrs complete all as specified and directed Note :-1. RPM test of ceiling fan with suitable tachometer will be done in the presence of Engineer -in -Charge. 2. All T & P will be provided by the contractor with in the rates quoted for the item.

Material and labour for re-winding of padestal fan 400 sweep and carrying out rewinding with proper grade/guage super enamelled copper winding wire ( approximate weight of winding wire 350-400 gms /fan ) so as to achieve original specifications i.e current rating and RPM including all insulating materials,bushes etc re-assembling including testing for continious 2 hrs complete all as specified and directed Note :-1. RPM test of ceiling fan with suitable tachometer will be done in the presence of Engineer -in -Charge. 2. All T & P will be provided by the contractor with in the rates quoted for the item.
