Laying of I Shaped Precast interlocking tiles 80 mm thick (Compressive Strength not less than 30 mpa and weight 4.50 kg) including 25 mm thick local sand base levelling and dressing of surface to required level and slope, filling joints with local sand all complete work.SI No.16.68 SOR 2022-23 Page 71

Providing and Applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using emulsion bitumen distributor @ 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per morth specification no 503.

Proving and laying Dense qraded bituminous Concrete ( DBM) 75mm Thick With VG - 30,100-120 TPH Batch Type Hot Mix Plant Bituminous binder 4 to 4.5% By Weight of Total mix as per Morth

Providing and Applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using emulsion bitumen distributor @ 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per morth specification no 503.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects

Brick edging on both side of road of first class bricks 8 cm wide & 12 cm deep lead with mud mortar including all labour and supply of bricks finished to required template & ramming the excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.SI No 765 SOR 2022
