Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and sub-soils such as hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton soil, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders, hard gravelly soil to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring, strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the surplus earth in all places shown by the departmental officers with initial leads and lifts, etc., including levelling the site complete complying with standard specifications and as directed .First depth of 2m

Supplying and Filling foundation and basement with filling sand in layers not more than 15cm . Thick well ramed, watered and compacted Complete complying with Standard specification.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 (One of cement, four of sand and eight of hard broken stone) using 40mm size hard broken stone inclusive of shoring, strutting, bailing out water, ramming, curing etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports for all reinforced cement concrete works like lintels, beams, etc., including strutting 3M high using Mild steel sheets of size 90cm × 60cm and B.G. 10, stiffened with Mild steel Angles of size 25mm × 25mm × 3mm laid over Silver oak (cw) joists of size 10cm × 6.5cm (Spaced about 91cm c/c) and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia (Spaced at 75cm c/c) as noted below including removing the same after specified period without damaging RCC works in all floors etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers complying with relevant standard specifications PLANE SURFACE

Fabricating and placing the steel grills for reinforcement for all reinforced cement concrete works such as plinth beam, lintels, beams, sunshade, roof and floor slabs etc., including cost of steel and fabricating the reinforcement grills in position etc., complete in all floors (The rate to include the cost of binding wire steel also)

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1½:3 (One of cement, one and a half of sand and three of hard broken granite stones ) using 20mm gauge hard broken granite stones for all reinforced cement concrete works excluding the cost and fabrication of reinforcement grills in position, shuttering, centering but including laying, vibrating, curing, finishing and providing Mild steel fan hooks in the RCC slab wherever necessary as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete in all respects

Painting the walls two coats with first class Cement paint over one coat of priming coat using white cement including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including all labour charges etc., complete

Providing and fixing of RCC inner access ladder in RCC 1:1½:3 (one cement, one and half sand and three aggregates) using 20mm HBG stone for OHT including cost of reinforcement, placing grill in position, centring, shuttering charges, mixing concrete curing etc., to required height and clear width of 45cm consisting of two Nos. of vertical post of 10cm×15cm and step slab of 25mm×25mm etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabrication, supply, delivery and fixing of outside MS Ladder of 45cm clear wide made out of 50 mm x 50mm x 6mm MS angle for both sides and for steps at 30cm C/C welded jointed etc ., for I staging from GL to 1st level brace (weight 4.5kg/m) IInd and IIIrd staging upto floor slab and IVth staging from floor slab to roof top. Supply, delivery and fixing of 32 mm GI pipes medium for hand rails from I stage to IVth stage. RCC M30 Grade mix for Landing slab 5 nos. at Ground Level- 1No. and above Ground Level - 4Nos. Supply and fixing of 32mm GI pipe medium for hand rails for the Landing slab. Supplying and fixing of MS Base plate of 100mm X 100mm X 6mm thick for fixing Anchore fastener bolt for fixing of hand rails at Landing slab and MS Ladder providing lock ingarrangements with two coats of approved enamel paint over one coat of red oxide paint as per approved Type Design and as directed by TWAD board officers.

Providing Cut stone slab in CM 1:3 mix and as directed by Departmental Officers

Providing PVC ventilating arrangements mosquito proof nylon net with 110mm PVC cowl and as directed by Departmental Officers

Providing manhole cover of size 1x1 0.60 X 0.60M in RCC 1: 1.5:3 with suitable reinforcement and 5O x 5O x 6mm MS angle fixed along edges and as directed by Departmental officers.
