Regular tower to tower ground patrolling wherever required of following Transmission lines detection of the defects like missing/theft tower members, hot point, puncture disc insulator, dislocation of vibration dampers/damaged conductor/ Earthwire checking of foundation & position of trees in the corridor of 27 meters of line & removing of birds nest from towers. Patrolling shall be done regularly on tri-monthly basis i.e. 4 times in a year.
132 KV S/C Atrauli-Gangiri line (33 Km.)
132 KV SIC Sikandrarao-Gangiri Line (24 Km)
Opening/Cutting of Nut & Bolts of remaining cut pieces of tower members stolen by miscreants to be opened/cut safety with the help of gas cutter/hacksaw blade including all required labour and T&P for proper completion of work satisfactory.
Fabrication & Fixing of tower parts/members from scrap GI angle including cartage of steel angles. from the substation store, punching holes, proper tightening of Nut & Bolts, punching & Chamfering of bolts at different locations of above transmission lines.
Tack welding of new Nut & Bolts
Emergency patrolling for attending breakdown of above 1321220 KV Transmission lines under this division
Attending breakdown of earthwire tightening of loose earthwire up to 01 Km and also laying and erection of missing earthwire.
Tightening of jumpers at section towers of following transmission lines. Work includes tightening of nuts & bolts in jumpers, providing nut & bolts if missing in jumpers cones.
Replacement of damaged jumper at, section towers of following transmission lines using jumpers cone, conductor. (Jumper cone and conductor will be provided by the UPPTCL.)
Looping & Chopping of tree branches of size having dia less than 0.3 meter in the 27 meter corridor of above said line and stacking of above cutting at the proper place far from the line.
Lopping & Chopping of tree branches of size having dia 0.3 meter above in the 27 meter corridor of above said line and 'stacking of above cuttings at the proper place far from the line.
