Scarifying existing bituminous surface to a depth of 50 mm by mechanical means. Scarifying existing bituminous surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material within all lift and lead upto 1000 m.(Including Labour Cess but excluding GST)

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table No 300.2 (Including Labour Cess but excluding GST)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth whell roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.(Including Labour Cess but excluding GST)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with grader in subbase/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.(Including Labour Cess but excluding GST)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.75 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.(Including Labour Cess but excluding GST)

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-40 @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects.(Including Labour Cess but excluding GST)

Providing and applying tack coat with VG_10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared surface cleaned with hydraulic broom .(Including Labour Cess but excluding GST)

Providing and laying bituminious concrete using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-40 as per job mix, transporting the hot mix to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT & H Specifications Clause 509 complete in all respects.(Including Labour Cess but excluding GST)

Excavation in foundation(Construction of 1X3 span box culvert and Junction) in all type of soil requring the use of special tools and plant such as pickaxes / sabbals etc. including lift up to 1.5m and lead up to 30m (100 ft) and including filling. Watering and ramming of excavated earth in to the trenches or in to the space between the structure and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer– in–charge up to distance of 30.00 m (100 ft) from the foundation trenches (S.L. No. 252)(Including Labour Cess but excluding GST)

(Construction of 1X3 span box culvert) Plain cement concrement 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed,placed in foundation and compected by vibration including curing for 14 days.(Including Labour Cess but excluding GST)

(Construction of 1X3 span box culvert) Brick masonry work in cement mortar 1:3 in foundation complete excluding pointing and plastering as per drawing and technical speficiations .(Including Labour Cess but excluding GST)

(Construction of 1X3 span box culvert) Providing and laying of weephole in brick massonary in abutment and wing wall with 100mm dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structuer with slope of 1v:20 H towarddrawing force complete as per drawing and technical specification (MORTH &H-13.8/2706&2200).(Including Labour Cess but excluding GST)

(Construction of 1X3 span box culvert) R.C.C. work cement approved coarse sand, and 2 Cm. (3/4") gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion M-25 in Super structure excluding supply of reinforeement for proper completion of the work :-(Including Labour Cess but excluding GST)

(Construction of 1X3 span box culvert) Mild steel or iron in plain work such as in reinforced concrete / brick work (when not included in overall rates) wrought to required shape as necessary I/C bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel, it's wastage and hooks and authorized over lapping shall be measured.(Including Labour Cess but excluding GST)

(Construction of 1X3 span box culvert) Pointing with cement mortar (1:3) on brickwork in sub structure & super structure as per drawing and technical specification.(Including Labour Cess but excluding GST)

(Construction of 1X3 span box culvert) Providing and laying of Filter media with granular materials/stone crushed aggregates satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2. of MoRTH specifications to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per drawing and Technical Specification.(Including Labour Cess but excluding GST)

Maintenance of constructed road for next five years after the actual date of completion. The amount to be paid as total maintenance cost for Next five years in the form of installment as given below. (Rates are including labour cess but excluding GST) 1st year Zero and 2nd year after the actual date of completion @0.25% of total Construction cost.

3rd year @ 0.5% of total Construction cost

4th year @ 0.75% of total Construction cost
