M&L plain cement concrete type C-2 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled mild steel for Plate girder or single stanchions Fe-290 (Gde E-165), built up of one beam or channel section with flange plates, caps, bases. splices, angle brackets, cleats and other connections, including connecting to separate piece of ISMB with cover plates bolting/ welding together, base plates including dismantaling the old unserviceable wrought iron complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only by erection for Plate girder or single stanchions, built up of one beam or channel section with flange plates, caps, bases. splices, angle brackets, cleats and other connections, including dismantaling the old unserviceable wrought iron complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled mild steel for Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, Fe-410-W (Gde-E-259) qauality B fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated including dismantaling the old unserviceable wrought ironcomplete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled mild steel for Framed work Fe-410W (Gde E-250) Quality B, as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing including dismantaling the old unserviceable wrought iron complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts including dismantaling the old unserviceable wrought iron; complete all as specified and directed.

Erection & Fixing only for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. S&F in repairs Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm but n.exc 10 cm long (16 to 20mm dia), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Two coats of synthetic enamel paint over & a coat of red oxide Zinc Chrome primer over old steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm in width or girth, including preparation of surfaces by by complete removal of old paint,rust etc completed all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick fo ridge of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including dismantaling of old unserviceable thick steel sheet complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1.20 mm thick plain galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, rain water box, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 including welding and sealing the gaps with APP including dismantaling of old unserviceable steel sheet, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F translucent poly carbonate corrugated sheet having thickness 2mm matching with Galvalume sheet roofing with adequate end and side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof including dismantaling of old unserviceable steel sheet, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Brickwork with fly ash bricks, old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in Cement Mortar 1:6 including dismantaling of old unserviceable brick works, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Rendering 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) on walls, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 4 mm thick non asbestos fibrecement designer building boards fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI / Aluminium frame work with screw fixed in ceiling flat or sloping including hangers 4 mm dia GI (up to 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40x3 mm size 60 mm long including anodised aluminium snap grid 605 x 605 mm frame work including dismantaling the old unserviceable building boards complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100 mm thick Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base including old unserviceable old unserviceable Plain Cement Concrete complete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 150 mm thick Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in floor laid in panels, finishing the surface even and rough including old unserviceable old unserviceable Plain Cement Concretecomplete all as specified and directed.
