Taking down eaves gutters and rain water pipes (any size or pattern) including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks etc, cleaning for refixing or removed from site store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings) and S&F new 110mm dia bore PVC (SWR) pipe, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to wall with & including PVC clamps complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for dismantling existing broken / damaged floor tiles in patches n.exc 3 Sqm each including preparing base and S&F new non - skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick, area of each tile exc 0.11 Sqm but n.exc 0.18 Sqm matching to the existing floor tiles, laid over & including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the the sahed of tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for dismatling existing broken / damaged wall tiles in patches n.exc 3 Sqm each including preparing base and S&F new glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300X450X7mm thick matching to the existing tiles, laid over & incl 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing old distempered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion of approved tint and make complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparing old decorated surfaces of walls by washing, rubbing down and stopping, brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulds mass, loose particles, efflorescent salt and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of cement based paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
