Outsourcing of services for electrically operated one stretcher and one passenger lift continuously round the clock with speed 55 mtr per second semi dual type serve from ground floor to 2nd floor with steel sliding collapsible door with the system of auto levelling etc by providing two Operator (Semi-Skilled Category of Worker) for morning shift and one operator for evening and night shift for both the lifts on all working days including Saturdays, Sundays & holidays complete all as specified and directed. [Note:- (i) All the documentation such as log sheets, daily attendance register shall maintain as per procedure in vogue. (ii) Contractor shall provide proper dress (uniform) i.e. overall combination (grey colour) including black colour ladder shoes to each operator and operator will be in uniform during duty hours with name plate]. (iii) Contractor shall ensure proper training to staff about social distancing and they should be wearing face mask, held with pocket hand sanitizer duly provided by the contractor. (iv) Rates quoted deemed to be including of all the above alongwith providing releaver in view of COVID-19 if the staff on duty found suspected/objected by the Stn authorities on immediate relief.

Outsourcing of services and operation of electrically operated central type Air conditioning plant (DX type system) capacity 2 x 28 TR and package type Air Conditioning plant DX (type system) capacity 2 x 5 TR and both are running at a time and one each being stand by continuously round the clock by providing one operator and one helper per shift for three shift in a day (i.e. each shift is having 8 hours of duration) on all working days including Saturdays, Sundays & holidays. [Notes :- (i) AC plant in operating state will be handed over at the commencement of the contract through work order. (ii) AC Plants will be operated from 0600 Hours to 2200 Hours, besides that the AC plant shall have to be run as and when required by the Hospital authority/Users. (iii) The contractor shall be responsible to keep the installation neat and clean on every day. (iv) All documents such as sheets, record book, daily attendance register etc. shall maintain as per procedure in vogue.] (v) Contractor shall provide proper dress (uniform) i.e. overall combination (grey colour) including black colour ladder shoes to each operator and operator will be in uniform during duty hours with name plate]. Notes for item No 1 to 2 here-in-before :- (a) It is an express condition of the contract that tenderers are required to quote their rates duly considered minimum applicable as per policy wages of the tradesmen intended in the tender, as in force on the end date of bid submission. It shall be deemed that quoted rates are based on minimum wages notified by the concerned authority for the station i.e Govt of india/State Govt/Union Teritory, whichever is higher including all statutory provisions such as EPF, GST, ESIC, Bonus, labour welfare cess (LWC) and contractor's overhead & profits etc as applicable. (b) In case the rates quoted by tenderer are less than the notified minimum wages as on bid submission end date including all statutory provisions such as EPF, GST, ESIC, Bonus, labour welfare cess (LWC) and contractor's overhead & profits etc as applicable, his tender will be treated as non-bonafide and will not be considered for Acceptance. In such case, the lowest tender shall be determined amongst valid/bonafide bids only. (c) Tenderer's are required to quote their rates upto two digits after decimal place or otherwise it will be considered by rounding off to two digits after decimal place. (d) Nil or 'Zero' quoting against OH & profit will be rated as non-bonafide. (e) In case of tie in amount between two or more bidder firms, the preference shall be given in order of following criterias :- (i) Class of contractor (ii) Work load return (iii) Financial soundness (as per solvency certificate issued by Bank)
