Rate contract for Electrical Maintenance works at HMRBPL HQ office and Complex on as and when required basis in West Bengal

Fixed rate items as per scope of work of tender:

Providing services of 03(three) nos. of electrician/technician for LT electrical works up to 415 V AC for Mourigram HQ office & colony assistance services are required on round the clock basis @Rs 27819.40 per month per worker. Scope of work under the scope of this works shall include but not limited to followings : 1. Schedule maintenance, servicing and testing of 630A LT PCC Panel. 2. Cleaning of 630A LT PCC Panel. 3. Schedule maintenance of 500 KVA Transformer. 4. Regular cleaning of 500 KVA Transformer. 5. Measurement of earthing resistance including transportation of earthing electrodes, cables etc. from stores to site. 6. Cleaning of cable trenches of depth up to 3 meter and width 1.5 meter of cable galleries, and other locations etc. 7. Cleaning of lights fitting fixtures and fan etc. 8. Mourigram HQ has been procured the new 160 KVA DG set. In view of this, Labours to be required for refuelling of owner supplied Diesel and lube etc. in DG set. 9. Schedule maintenance of 160 KVA DG set. 10. Regular cleaning of 160 KVA DG set. 11. Schedule maintenance and regular cleaning of VCB. 12. Attending and rectification of complaint in the office and colony. 13. Schedule maintenance and regular cleaning of 25 kW Solar systems. 14. Supervision of DG set during running. 15. Day to day electrical maintenance works for office and colony and various services as per scope of work mentioned in SCC-Technical and as per direction from the of EIC/SE. Proper license as per local rules should be there with the personnel. Total Amount = Rs 27819.40 * 3 * 24 = Rs 2002996.84

Providing services of an DG operator @Rs 27819.40 per month on as and when required basis for 24 hours emergency manual operation of DG set. As per directions of EIC/SE. Proper license as per local rules should be there with the personnel. Total Amount = Rs 27819.40 * 1 * 24 = Rs 667665.61

Provision of payable maximum annual charges@ 4600.00 (inclusive of GST) per worker for providing uniforms: 02 trousers & 02 Shirts and one pair of black shoe (Bata/Liberty) and 2 pairs of socks and one woolen full sleeves sweater for each contract worker. Total Amount = Rs 4600 * 4 * 2 = Rs 36800 Note: The Contractor shall submit the bills to Owner for actual quantity executed towards uniform expenditure. Upon verification of bills and quantity of the provided uniform items by the EIC / SE, the expenditure shall be reimbursed.

Variable rates for the following items and as per scope of work mentioned in the tender:

Contractor's service charges for providing services as per the scope of work including providing /deploying requisite minimum man power as per direction of EIC and as per scope of work mentioned SCC-Technical. The quoted amount by bidder will be constant for the full contract period
