Taking down of old defective/unserviceable solar plate collectors capacity 100 LPD including all accessories, complete all as directed.

Supply, installations, testing and commissioning in replacement of solar flat plate collector suitable for existing indirect heating system, of 100 LPD capacity of approx size of 2000 mm x 1000 mm, having high grade copper riser tube (09 nos of 12.5 mm dia size each), copper header pipe (02 nos of 25 mm dia size each), absorber plate made of copper (09 nos) duly black crome coated, high transmissive low iron textured tempered glass, 50 mm thick fiberglass insulation, complete all as directed. Make : Suryajyoti /BHEL / Tata Solar /Kotak Urja. Note : 1.All the maintenance work shall be carried out through original/another manufacturer of collector panel of solar water heating system only. 2. The rubber gasket, flange etc shall be measure and paid seperately as suply only under respective item of Sch. However the quoted rate are inclusive of taking down and fixing of these items.

M&L for repair/maintenance of existing solar flat plate collector of indirect heating system, comprising of inspection, descaling, brushing and cleaning of collector panel, riser tubes, header tubes, heat absorber tubes, connecting pipes and examining of water tightness of the same after acid wash, cleaning and descaling and repairing of leakage, if any, using welding/brazing etc, complete all as directed. Note : 1.All the maintenance work shall be carried out through original/another manufacturer of collector panel of solar water heating system only. 2. The rubber gasket, flange etc shall be measure and paid seperately as suply only under respective item of Sch. However the quoted rate are inclusive of taking down and fixing of these items.

M&L for insulation of 50 mm bore pipe all round with 25mm thick bonded mineral wool preformed 'SNAPON' pipes sections of density 144 kg/cum conforming to IS 9842 with aluminium foil of thickness 26 SWG and applying suitable adhesive compound over and including chicken mesh wire netting 25 gauge, 20 mm mesh complete with and incl taking down of old insulation, preparation of pipe surface by scratching / removing rust, dust and old paints etc with wire brush, emery paper, grinder etc and making surfaces smooth for achieving better grip between surface and primer, applying one coat of red oxide primer, complete all as directed.

Supply and installations in replacement,of motor pumpset comprise of electric driven Single phase induction Motor AC 415 volts, 50 Hz, 1450 RPM of capacity 1.0 HP with pump, with and including, fixing accessories i.e. foundation bolts, nut, washers etc connecting pipe lines & making electric connection, with and including taking down of existing unserviceable motor pumpset along with all accessories, after disconnecting of electric and water connection complete all as directed. M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, using stone aggregate 40mm graded, with and including demolition the existing dameged foundation, including necessary form work where required and fair finish to the exposed surfaces, complete all as directed.

S&F Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks,tripple layer (cylindrical vertical with closed top) of 500 litres capacity, hoisted and fixed in position including connecting up pipes including taking down of existing water takn complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for taking down carefully stainless steel hot water collection tank of capacity 7000 ltr from roof top including connected/ nearby accesorries/items as well as disconnecting of electric and water connections. Checking of water leakages, arresting leakages using ss welding, descalling water tank replacement of MS bottom sheet of size 215 cm x 225 cm x 6 mm thick using machine work i.e. welding, cutting, grinding, rievting etc. as required applying two coat of synthatic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on both side.one coat of synthatic enamel paint on existing angle iron structure, reinstallation of water tank in original location checking of allingment, making proper electric and water connection testing for leakages/ smooth operation and insulating the entire tank complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1 The cost of insulation os deemed to be included in quoted rates. 2 The rates quoted by contractor includes all nessesery T&P . Dissconnecting and making all kind of elect/water connections. refixing the same after replacement of MS sheet and minoradjustment of tank fixed its original position etc.

Supply and fixing in repair of toughened glass for plate collectors of size 2000 mm x1000 mm x 4mm suitable soler flat plate collector, complete all as directed.

Note: For Ser item 1 to 46 the work of Solar water heating system comprise basically repair/replacement work of existing solar water heating system installed at AHRR to make fully functional. Therefore the tenderer are advised to visit the entire site before quoting his rate to asess the repair/replacement work, to make fullly functional of solar water heating system and Sch of credit given in the tender documents. Since the items catered for repair/replacement of existing solar water heating system to make fully functional, therefore apart from the above items, any minor repair/replacement of existing parts are necessary required to make functional, shall also be included in the above quoted rates by the tenderer. No extra claim shall be entertained on this account.
