Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc as per existing specification after providing point wiring under respective items here-in-below complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L surface point wiring for light/fan/bell, buzzer points controlled by one, one way switch complete with 1.5 Sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed FR-LS cable 1100 volts grade (ISI marked) with multistranded copper conductor with proper colour coding drawn through and including non-metallic rigid PVC casing capping medium grade with accessories (ISI marked) fixed in wall/fixed to roof, ceiling etc including provision of 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated multistranded unsheated copper conductor cable FR-LS (ISI markd) with proper colour coding as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly , modular sheet steel sunken terminal box of appropriate size suitable for modular switch/ fittings concealed in walls, with modular back plate, top cover fixed flush to wall for housing switches, socket outlets, fan regulators etc duly earthed including cutting chases and sinking for boxes and making good to the disturbed surface of wall/floor and matching with existing specifications, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Connections of cable with MCB's or bus bar shall be done through proper size copper/brass thimbles.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron earth lead wire of 4 sqmm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel, all as shown in Electrical Plate No 3 of SSR Part - I, including necessary excavation and earth work, P.C.C (1:3:6) type C-I with 50 mm thick Pre-cast R.C.C. (1:2:4) type B-I cover slab (reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C both ways and suitable handle of 10 mm dia round bar), including providing charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layers of 15 cm compacted thickness all around the earth electrode, with funnel and 20 mm bore galvanized iron watering pipe (light grade), wire mesh, aluminium lugs, complete in all respect, GI earth wire protected by 15 mm bore (medium grade) galvanized iron pipe and other end connected with main switch board or Earthing test point as directed, including necessary earth work and disposal of spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and necessary testing on completion including dismentaling old unserviceable ones complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and fixing in repair, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated multi stranded aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including4mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular complete all as specified.and as directed.
