PERIODICAL SERVICES IN OTM ACCN UNDER AGE B/R-II AT ITARANA CANTT ALWAR

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair faces of brick masonry / concrete surfaces is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key,scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on stone masonry surfaces or fair faces of brick masonry finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls,etc including racking out joints, hacking for key,scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete ceiling surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on cocrete surface etc including racking out joints, hacking for key,scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rough cast plaster on exterior walls applying the under coat of cement and sand morrtar 1:3 not less than 10mm thick and while it is still in plastic state the roughcast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel aggregate (size between 6 to 12mm ) mixed with coarse sand and cement in the raio of 1:1:1 shall be applied and finished even incl taking down old plaster/pointing of any type complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces & applying three coat of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered wall surfaces & applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removed of existing treatment by mechanical scrapper , brooming down Washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted old decorated surfaces of walls, plastered or unplastered including cornices, plasters etc and applying two coats of oil bound distemper (of approved shade/tint) over cement base wall care putty 1 mm thick as per manufacturars instruction complete all as specified and as directed .Note:- The quoated rate are including applying of cement base wall care putty.

M&L for preparing old decorated wall surfaces by brooming down of old distempered and painted surfaces, taking out nails if any and filling the holes with putty on old decorated surfaces of walls, plastered or unplastered including cornices, plasters etc and applying one coat of oil bound distemper of approved shade/tint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing old decorated surface of wall incl brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots including cornices, plasters etc and applying one coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.
