Providing and laying 25 mm thick kotah stone tiles in risers of steps, skirting and pillars of approved size, texture and colour laid over 12mm thick cement mortar (1:3) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing to granolithic finish with approved quality of carborandum stone including cost of curing, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing and laying double charge vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. size of tile 600x600 mm

Providing 12mm cement plaster (1:6) with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.

Supplying, fitting and fixing M.S. grill made of 20x6mm M.S. flat as per approved design and drawing, properly fabricated with joints continuous fillet welded and finished smooth , carriage of grill to work site, hoisting as per building specification and direction of E/l. (where materials is not supplied by the deptt.)

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc.With float glass panes of 5.0 mm thickness

Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc. including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (whenever required) and fitting the same necessary accessories and stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc. , of required size on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with sutiable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge.(for payment purpose only weight of the stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : (i) New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90kg/10 sqm).
