SCHEDULE 'A'

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified and as directed

Earth work excavation by mechanical means(Hydraulic excavator) over areas exceeding 30cm in depth , 1.5 mtr in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) in any type of soil including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone agg as in foundation filling mass concrete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M-30 Design mix as in foundation including rafts, footings, foundation beam etc and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing Reinforced cement concrete M-30 (design mix)(20mm graded aggregates) as in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M-30 Design mix as in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter rough finished all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions fair finished all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc.fair finished all as specified and directed.

M&L Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 12.00 above but 8mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in modular brick in CM 1:6 complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L for Rendering in CM 1:6,15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparing new plastered surface of walls and applying 2 coats of cement base paint over one coat of primer on external walls all as specified and directed.

Returning/filling in trenches in layer not exc 15 cm thick including watering, well ramming etc. all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance exc 250 m but not exc 500 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.50 mtr above the starting point complete all as specifed and directed

S&F MS work of any size and section as in Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description , not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth for gates or like and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed.

S & F Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

Supply and fix in repairs 900mm dia razor blade galvanised barbed concertina coil having minimum weight of 8Kg (+) or (-) 5% per coil of 2.6mm dia wire streched to a length of 5 to 6 m as in fencing to steel posts and to another coil/ MS nibs including fixing with special galvanised fasteners such as J clips, C clips, U clips complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- After streching the coil, the length of the compound wall on which it has been streched shall be considered for measurement.

S & F 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length inserted in walls to drain out water complete all as specified and directed

Schedule of credit amount brought back from Ser Page No.31- Rs. 24046.00 will be deducted from the above quoted amount to derive the contract sum. SIGNATURE OF CONTRACTOR
