Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 Mtr in depth for laying of LT UG cable in soft/loose soil and getting out complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick as in soil all as specified & directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50 Mtr and depositing where as directed at level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as specified & directed.

M & L for cable cover of size 150 mm bore dia in 1 RM each half round (for bottom and top ) all as directed. Note :- Two half round pipe (Bottom and top) will be measured as one RM.

M&L for cable protection DWC pipe of size 50mm and drawing calbe through it complete all as specified

S & F GI in repairs tubing medium grade 50 mm bore dia with all fittings laid ibn trecches / under floor all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs GI tubing medium grade 80 mm bore dia with all fittings laid in trenches / under floor all as specified and directed.

Cutting of road/hard standing and making good with PCC (1:2:4) type B 1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified.

Supply, laying, testing and commissionnig of LT Underground cables 1100 Volts grade, XLPE insulated, screened and PVC sheathed, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured with multi stranded aluminum conductor, ISI marked, heavy duty including cable glands, cable lugs in LT panel/MDB in building etc to suit the cable including material and labour for all jointing/connecting material as required size, cables laid in trenches/ducts/under plinth floors passing through pipes etc or fixed to wall for following sizes:- NOTE: The quoted rate deemed to be include taking out old unserviceable/worn out LT UG Cables of any type and size complete all as specified.

Re-stringing of ACSR conductor on LT OH Lines of any size/type (Weasel / Ferret / Squirrel / Beaver) including provision of new binding wire on insulators, separator etc. complete all as specified and directed. (Note - 1 x conductor for 1000 RM length shall be measured as one unit )

S&F in repairs Aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) of any size complete includingprovision of binding wire incliding taking down old u/s ACSR complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installing in repairs, testing and commissioning factory made and tested (CPRI approved certified) LT Panel outdoor type suitable for 415 Volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 HZ AC supply system having bus bar chamber with insulated Aluminium bus bars of rating 400 Amps installed on porcelain insulators. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof IP-65 class protection and made of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet and 40 x 40 x 6mm thick MS angle iron frame work, powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer on outside surface and painted inside with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, front & back side opening type, with apron for cable entry with single door shutter including locking arrangement and PCC and earth work exvavation etc. including taking down old panel board and comprising of the following :- (a) Incoming :- MCB 63A 4P 10 KA - 01 No (b) Outgoing (i) MCB TPN 32 Amps, 10 KA - 02 Nos (iii) MCB 2 pole 40 Amps 10 KA capacity- 04 Nos (vi) Indicator lamps Red / Yellow / Blue - 03 Nos

M & L for preparing old painted surfaces by scraping and removing old paints, rust etc. from LT Panel / feeder pillar, painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Testing and fault locating of HT underground cable with the help of cable fault locating machine at site including removal of moisture content from cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge. (Note:- The machine for locating of fault will be arranged by the contractor .The quoted rate is included for the fault locating machine. Necessary excavation , earthwork etc.)

M & L in repairs for cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for outdoor, heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 16 to 50 Sqmm 4.0/3.5 Core XLPE, armoured, Auminium conductor cable all as specified and directed.

M & L in repairs for cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for outdoor, heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 70 to 120 Sqmm 3.5 Core XLPE, armoured, Auminium conductor cable all as specified and directed.

M & L in repairs for cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for outdoor, heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 150 to 185 Sqmm 3.5 Core XLPE, armoured, Auminium conductor cableall as specified and directed.

Cutting of tree branches for a minimum clearance of 3.0 Mtr on both side from LT OH lines / street light fittings of span 30 to 40 Mtrs and clearing the trimmed out branches to a distance not less than 500 Mtrs all as directed.

M & L for chemical earthing Earthing Electrode Outer Pipe in Gl and having minimum diameter of 76mm & 3mtr In length Inner pipe to have minimum diameter of 32mm Both ends properly welded to make them airtight GI Terminal size of 100X50X6mm with 2 nos M8 holes for Termination Area in between 2 pipes filled with Dry type chemical powder having high conductivity with no air pockets Electrode must be tested for Short Circuit Test of minimum 40kA at CPRI/NABL, the back fill compound should be carbide based having very high electrical conductivity and high water retaining capacity complete including Earth Pit Cover Square 300X300X240mm to be provided to cover the Earth pit all including boring (120mm dia , 3.5m depth) installation transportation earth work testing soil condition connected to and incl GI strip 32x6mm and GI pipe 40 mm dia light grade for protection to the extent of 7.5 m as earthing lead by means of GI bolts and nuts etc connecting to equipment and including PVC cover incl excavation and earth work in any type of soil and testing on completion etc complete NOTE: - The quoted rate shall include supply and fixing PVC syntex box (side open) with clamps including base insulator for mounting of test point terminal block( including) made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed and connecting GI earth strip 32x6mm. Earth strip and protection pipe beyond 7.5m will be measured and paid separately

M&L for repairs/servicing, painting of existing matching colour of APFC panel upto 95 KVAR complete with internal control wiring replacement and making the panel in working condition and servicing to capacitor banks complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs CT 150/5 A - 03 Nos burden 5 KVA class 1 for LT panel/ APFC panel as suitable to exisitng busbar with all necessary connections in the pannel complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs CT 100/5 A - 03 Nos burden 5 KVA class 1 resin cast for LT panel as suitable to exisitng busbar with all necessary connections in the pannel complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the existing unserviceable power contactor 3phase 3/4 pole 100 Amps 415Volt, 50 Hz AC, from the AMF panel after disconnecting incoming and out going connections and all control connections including coil connections, supply and fixing new power contactor 3 phase 3/4 pole 100 Amps with 2NO+2NC with suitable 415 Volt/ 220 Volt coil as required and connecting both incoming and outgoing connections complete all as directed.

S&F in repairs APFC panel microprocessor controller for APFC panel complete all as specified and directed.
