K.B. Brick masonry using K.B .Bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 kgs./cm2 in cement mortar (1:4) after immersing the bricks for six hours in water before use in Foundation & Plinth including splays cutting, circular moulding corbelling, champhering and similar such type of works watering and curing etc .including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes & testing of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

12mm.thick cement plaster (1:4) finished smooth over brick / stone masonry walls after racking out the joints including watering and curing with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the E.I.C.

Dewatering the excavated trenches and pools of water in the building trenches/ pipeline trenches, well works by using pumps and otherdevices including disposing off water to safe distance as directed by Engineer-in Charge (including cost of machinery, labour, fuel) etc. complete

Filling in foundation and plinth with excavated earth including laying in layers not exceeding 23cm. (9”) thick well-watered & rammed including all labour T&P etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Disposal of surplus excavated earth by mechanical means &unloading in low land areas for filling and alignment of new roads etc. complete with cost of all labour, T&P & hire and running charges of Truck etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying weep holes with 100mm diameter PVC pipes as per drawing for abutment , return walls using PVC Plastic pipes of schedule 40,80 & 120 as per ASTM-D-1785/2004 etc. complete with cost of all labour, T&P & hire and running charges of Truck as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
