   Railway reserves the right to procure the Tendered item from the manufacturers or their authorized dealers/agents. Tenderers other than manufacturer should submit tender specific authorization/ dealership certificate from the OEM along with the offer while submitting the Bid.

   ) OEM or Authorized dealer of OEM with satisfactory past performance of supplying same/Similar item to any zonal railways /production units /CORE/PSU (with any revision of specification/drawing or with different size) within last 3 Financial Year and current Financial Year up to the date of tender opening shall be eligible for placement of order. The firm should submit documentary proof i.e R- Note,Inspection certificate along with PO,CRN of GeM Contract etc in support of their claim of credentials /past performance along with offer.

   ) In case tenderers participate as an authorized agent, firm should submit tender specific authorization from OEM. Then the performance as required above shall be that of the Principal authorizing the agent. It may so happen that the agent has credentials of past supply for a different Principal but this will not be considered as performance for placing bulk order in case of change of Principal.
