Providing and laying of dry stone solling hand packed including spreading , levelling and all carriages.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for:Foundations, footings, bases for columns

Providing and laying in position cement concrete with 20% plum of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering . All work upto plinth level with:1:3:6(1 cement : 3 coarse sand :6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) 80% Concrete

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22mm thick in footpath and courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles, including rubbing, cleaning and curing complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) . Ordinary cement without any pigment.

12 mm thick cement plaster in 1:6 mix using fine sand

Carriage of materials for an average lead of 20 kms for coarse and fine aggregate including headload

Provision for clearance of site and dismantling of damaged cement concrete.

Add provision for Signboard/Photographs, carriage of cement/steel and other unforeseen items
