Taking down wall panelling and similar work complete alll as specified and directed

S & F Moulding as in cornices, picture rails and the like exc 13 & n.exc 25 sqcm Fillet wrought complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 12 MM thick Plywood, grade BWP, type BB fixed with screws to timber frame work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 1 or 0.90 mm thick Decorative laminate type 1, of surface finish, colour and pattern as approved, fixed with approved adhesive as per maker's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 5 mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35 mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC frame as shown on drawing in section 8 of SSR-2010 Part-II complete all as specified and directed

S&F solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick Plain colour printed PVC Sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC Frame all as per specified and directed.

Providing & fixing false ceiling at all heights with Semi perforated 12 mm thick micro tegular edged GRG (Glass Fibre Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of Size 595 x 595 mm of approved texture,design and patterns having moisture content less than 2%, humidity resistance of 99%, NRC0.50 to 0.75 as per IS 8225:1987, Noncombustible as per BS 4 76 (part 4 )-1970 and light reflectance of 85% (minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on inter?locking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanized iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main?T runners of size 15 x 32 mm of length 3000mm,cross-T of size 15x 32mm of length 1200mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15 x 32 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of s1ze 600x 600mm , suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e 50mm long, 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1 OOOmm length and L?shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2mm. M&L for applying 3 mm thick wall care Putty in two layers on ceiling surfaces absolutely free from any kind of foreign materials and making good minor cracks etc. and surfaces absolutely even and smooth, rubbing with sand paper including and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper on ceiling complete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 8 mm thick exposed metal frame ceiling with calcium silicate board of size 600 x 600mm size board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre for fixing in grid incl Gl frame work for ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre complete all as specified.

Excavation of trenches in any type of soil n.exc 1.5 M wide and n.exc 1.5 M in depth for taking out/laying of pipe lines and getting out forming bottom surfaces to required gradients complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in and including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated surplus materials to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtrs and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr. Above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for MS/CI/DI fittings up to 150mm bore such as collar, bends (any type radius, any angle, double end socketted or double flanged or spigot & socket, tail pieces (all socketed or all flanged with an equal & other end tapering bellmouth or flanged plates, connecting pieces straight (both end flanged or socketed of socket & flanged & spigot ends or bellmouth tailpieces ( one end flanged & other end spigot or socket or tapering as bell mouth or flanged ) caps blank flanges heavy duty suitable for mechanical joint/flanged joint with and incl taking down old fitting of any type and any size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , laying, jointing & testing of 200mm dia DI Type K-7 pipe with socket & spigot ends, with cement morter zinc coated out side as per IS 8329/2000 in standard length suitable for and including push on tyton joints with rubber rings, laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Make: Jindal/TATA STEEL/Electro steel or technocommercialy equivalent in other make. (Excavation and earth work, DI specials will be measured and paid seperately)
