Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in Hard / Dense soil.

All same as per item No 1 here -in - above but depth exc 1.5 mtr but not exceeding 3 mtr.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose/hard/dense soil.

Supply and laying DWC HDPE pipe of outer dia of 50mm and inner dia 63 mm polyethylene (PE) with smooth internal and profiled external surface for non-pressure for underground cable including bends and joints etc complete all as specified and directed Make : '' Rex Polyextrusion Ltd'' or equivalent as approved by GE in writing.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (40mm graded aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in coping / pedestal of poles including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed

Supplying, Errecting and fixing in repair Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11.0 metres long) and providing 3 Nos of 30cm wide circular bands with black & yellow paint starting from plinth level at a gap of 30 cm in between 2 bands and numbering of poles, in yellow paint over black painted back ground at a height of 2m from bottom of pole with 5 cm large bold letters 2" wide, complete all as specified and directed including taking down old unserviceable PCC/Steel tubular poles.

Painting the existing HT steel poles of including cross arms, clamps, etc with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including thoroughly cleaning of the existing surface, writing of pole numbers in yellow circle 15 cm with black paint on poles. Painting the pole up to 1.5 Mtr height with alternate bands 30 cm height ( 3 Nos black and 2 Nos yellow) from ground level,Complete all as specified & directed.

All same as per item No 09 here -in - above but for PCC poles of any size.

M & L for repreparation of old painted surface of any description such as Two pole structure LT/HT steel tubular/PCC pole structure of any height and painted complete including two pole structure, bracing, clamps etc with one coat of aluminium paint and providing 3 nos of 30 cmm wide circular bands with black and yellow paint starting from plinth level at a gap of 3 cm in between two bands and numbering / lettering of feeder name etc complete all as specified and as directed.

All same as per item sl No 11 above but for 4 pole structure all as specified and as directed.

Painting of transformer of capacity from 250 KVA to 500 KVA, 11/.433 KV with two coats synthetic enamelled spray painting after preparation of transformer surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and stringing ACSR conductor of any size from LT/HT over head line as directed including fixing to insulators with proper size of binding wire complete.Including dismantling and taking out warn out ACSR conductor from overhead electric line comlete .

M&L in repairs for Cradles, hexagonal / rectangular,fabricated with galvanised steel wire 3.15 or 4mm dia including Taking down old unserviceable Cradel and stacking at site for re-use or issued to contractor against Sch of Credit.

Taking down old unserviceable Stay assembly and Supply and fixing mild steel galvanised stay assembly set complete comprising of 16 mm dia, 400mm long stay bow, 2150mm long stay rod 20mm dia, 300mm x 300mm x 6mm stay plate, thimble, GI stay wire of 7/8 SWG upto required length including Loop type insulator of vitreous porcelain, small size with overall dimensions 65x90mm, clearance of hole 16mm, all as shown in electrical plate No.1 of MES Schedule part-I 1991 complete including dismantling and taking out old damaged stay complete all as directed. Note-PCC, earth work, and loop type insulator shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F in repairs loop type insulator porcelain vitreous white, brown or green with overall dimensions of 90X140 mm , clearance of hole 25.5 mm all as directed.

Supply and fixing Lightning arrestor suitable for HT 11000 volt, non liner resistor type, horn gap and chocking coil with all fitting for outdoor use, Including Disconnecting and taking out existing unserviceable lightening arrestor complete .

Disconnecting all electrical connections including earthings of defective transformer indoor/outdoor of any capacity up to 500 KVA both from HT/LT sides, lifting the transformer by using crane, transporting the same to the reputed work shop carefulley for repair and then drainage of complete transformer oil, opening of top cover with due care and removal of all HT/LT winding connections from bushing and then lifting of core by means of tripod and chain pulley with due care for inspection and ascertain it’s serviceability state after keeping it aside, including checking of leakage of transformer body and welding works required for making transformer body leak proof, removal of all sludge and unwanted materials from tank and core, lowering of core assembly after carrying out required repairs to the winding and core, refilling the transformer oil after dehydration & filteration and re-installation of transformer in the same or other location as specified including reconnection of all electrical connections, testing and commissioning all as specified and as directed Note :- (i) Spares like, Breather, Temp Gauge,LT Bushing, HT Bushing, De-hydration, filtration and Top up of Transformer oil will be measured and paid seperately under resp items. (ii) Lifting, Loading/Unloading, Transportation and re-installation on site after repair will be measured and paid separately. (iii) Re-winding of Transformer will be measured and paid separately. (iv) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclussive of all tests as per OEM recomendations and as specified by Engr-in-charge..

Supply only the following Items :- (a) Breather assembly Heavy Duty of capacity 0.5 kg with silica gel cristal complete.

(b) Winding tempereture gauge with maximum temp rise record handle 0 - 150 C (as per sample) including necessay wiring to the senser all as directed.

(c) Off line Dehydration of HV/EHV grade transformer oil minimum three cycles to achieve dielectric strength up to 60KV for EHV grade and upto 40 KV for HV grade all as directed. Note- (i) Centrifuging Machine with all T&P & testing eqpt required for dehydration to be arranged by contractor. (ii) Oil required for topping up the transformer will be measured & paid separatly.

(d) Supply only in sealed drum transformer oil EHV grade as per IS 335 of 1993 Part II filling/top up of transformer of capacity up to 250 KVA complete all as specified and directed

(e) Supply only Copper Bushing HT Side of existing size and rating including all packing materials

(f) Supply only Copper Bushing LT Side of existing size and rating including all packing materials

(g) Lifting the Transformer in any location of size up to 500 KVA, Loading the same on lorry by using crane / tripod, transporting to the reputed work shop for repair and back to the substation, installation on the existing foundation/ structure carefulley all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting HT, LT and earth connections from unserviceable / burn out transformer out door/ indoor type, pole mounted/ plinth mounted 11/0.433 KV, in any location of capacity ranging from 63 KVA to 500 KVA, lifting the transformer by using hydraullic crane and load the same in a suitable truck to transport to the manufacturer's workshop. Un loading the same by using hydraullic crane, drain out insulating oil complete to take out the core assy, replace the damaged HV/LV leg coils with proper gauge copper wire, re insulation the complete core/windings with proper insulation materials, complete servicing and ovening of transformer as specified, filter the insulation oil minimum three cycles upto 400 Ltrs quantity to receive the proper value of dielectric strength, testing the oil for not less than 40 KV BDV, refilling the same to the transformer, toping up with new transformer oil upto the marked level, re assembling complete accessories including testing of transformer at work shop as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Loading the transformer and transporting back to the substation, installation on the existing foundation/ structure including HT, LT, and earthing connections, carry out magnetic test and other specified tests after transportation of the transformer and commissioning in all respect to the satisfaction of Engr in charge. (Note :- (i) The copper wire of suitable gauge for rewinding of damaged portion will be measured and paid under respective items of this schedule. (ii) The oil used for topping up of transformer oil and dehydration of existing oil will be measured and paid under respective item of this schedule.

Supply only Copper wire of superior quality of suitable gauge as per sample for rewinding HV/LV damaged coils of transformer all as specified and directed.

Comprehensive Maintenance /overhauling and calibration of HT VCB up to 630 Amps capacity suitable for 11 KV by disconnecting all electrical conections and opening the complete assembly checking and overhauling mechanisum , trippling system , cleaning and lubricating of all moving parts and carrying out primary and secondary injection test for proper functioning, checking of protection device replacement the unserviceable parts, reconnecting and testing on full load complete. Note:- The spare parts shall be measured and paid separately.
