M&L Lifting the u/s submersible motor & pump complete of 125 HP alongwith the column pipes by the help of chain pulley block from exixting bore well after disconnecting electrical connections from panel, disconnecting column pipe one by one and dismantling pump & Motor from coupling and transporting the same from KHIRIYAMA PUMP HOUSE to trade for repairing the same as under :-

M&L Cutting and taking out the winding from stator slots of motor & cleaning the slots and rewinding the same by super enamelled copper wire poly coated of 2.8 Sq mm nominal own-section area complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L Replacement of upper & lower bush bearing of 125 HP pump as existing size make out from gun-metal complete all as directed.

M&L Replacement of thrust bearing plate with disc of 125 HP pump as existing size complete all as directed

M&L Replacement of "T" bolts-nuts, washer for 125 HP pump complete all as directed

M&L Replacement of driven end and non driven end bowl bush bearing copper including necessary lathe work for smooth running complete

M&L Replacement of driven end and non driven end shaft sleeve bearing of 125 HP pump as existing size including necessary lathe work for smooth running complete

M&L Replacement of sand guard of 125 HP pump as existing size complete

M& L Replacement of bowl bearing of 125 HP pump as existing size made out of gun metal complete

M&L Taking unserviceable/burn out centrifugal motor 20 HP & transporting the same from sports ground or swimming pool to trade for repairing the same as under

M&L Cutting and taking out the burnt winding from startor slots of motor & cleaning the slots and rewinding the same by super enamelled copper wire as per existing size, including testing of pump motor etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Replacement of bearing as per existing size of 20 HP motor complete all as specified and dircted

Reassembling of centrifugal motor 20 HP commissioning along with connected works such as with new nuts, bolts & washers with proper alignment and connected electrical connection and testing complete all as specified and directed

Lifting and Dismantling the electric submersible MOTOR WITH PUMP 3 PHASE 415 VOLTS 50 Hz, 7.5 HP capacity and shifting to workshop for rewinding with super enameled copper wire of existing gauge of approved quality including varnishing and replacement of connected item like bearing and bush and refixing at existing location including connection, lowerinng, commissioning and testing complete and including transportation

M&L Painting of filteration plant out side after cleaning the complete surface by rubing with emery paper to remove old paint,dust etc and applying Two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of redoxide primer to matching with existing colour etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Complete work shall be carried out by rep of RMCO company

M&L Cleaning of swimming pool and balancing tank by using acid, taking out mud, sand and sludge from inside balancing tank manually by bucket clean, scrapping with steel brush/, removing the sediment, and removal of sludge from the site not exc 1 Km as directed including pumping out water from balancing tank and swimming pool with the help of external pump, the cost of material and labour and necessary items deemed to be included in the quoted rate all etc complete. Note :- Swimming pool be cleaned properly with satisfactory of Engr-in-charge.

M&L Cleaning of fountain tank by drain out water by using bleaching powder, taking out mud, sand and sludge manually by bucket clean with steel brush removing the sediment, including painting with exterior emulsion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), and rubbish off the premises

M&L Coloured Glazed ceramic tiles 200x100 x 7mm thick, in floors etc. set and jointed with epoxy tile resin & hardner including pointing in white or coloured cement to match with existing colour suitable for Swimming Pool complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L Replacement of primary filter (pre-filter/hair strainer shall be made out of stainless steel) in the suction line of water circulating pump, main screen shall be fabricated from mild steel perforated sheet of thickness 8mm (inner side shall be painted with black bituminous paint and outer side with synthetic enamel paint of existing colour) having inlet and outlet of dia 150mm including gasket , nut, bolts and washer etc complete all as per site requirment and as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge. Servicing of FRP chlorine preparation system by dismantling each part, cleaning properly, leakage arrest, servicing of dosing pump motor(nova) (including replacement of gasket for pump), servicing of self priming motor, including replacement of 15mm CPVC pipe with fittings as per requirement at site, proper reassembling, testing, commissioning and making serviceable condition etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Servicing of oil fired incinerator including cleaning of primary chamber, secondary chamber, painting of complete unit including chimney with two coats of synthetic enamel paint matching with existing colour after cleaning the complete body surface by rubing with emery paper to remove old paint,dust etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Microprocessor based circuit type water level device consist of seven segment 2" LED display fitted in the control panel made of CRCA 16 SWG sheet with chemical grade powder coating to display water level in tank, SS304 grade level sensor pipe fitted in the tank by clamping at the bottom and the top of the tank consist of chemical PVC float and electronic switch for long life, the pump automatically switch off when the water level in OH tank reaches the maximum level.
