SH:I - DG & allied works

Supply Installation Testing Commissioning of "Silent Type" Radiator Cooled, Diesel Generating Set along with having Prime mover power rating of 125 KVA at 0.8 lagging power factor, 415 volts, 1500 RPM, 3 phase system, as per ISO 8528 and consisting of the following:

(a) Diesel Engine: 4 stroke, electronic governor, power command control module, radiator cooled, electric start, of suitable BHP at 1500 RPM suitable for above output of alternator at 40 Degree C, 50% RH & at 1000 Meter MSL and conforming to BS 5514, BS 649, IS 10000, capable of taking 10% over loading for one hour after 12 hours of continuous operation. The engine will be fitted complete with all the required accessories.

(b) Alternator: Synchronous alternator rated for 125 KVA, 415 volts at 1500 RPM, 3 phase 50 Hz, AC supply with 0.8 lagging power factor at 40 Degree C, 50% RH & at 1000 Meter MSL. The alternator shall be having SPDP enclosure, brushless, continuous duty, self-excited and self-regulated through AVR, , terminal arrangement i/c 250 A alumunium bus-duct box with other associated equipment conforming to IS:4722 / BS 2613 suitable for tropical conditions and with class F / H insulation.

(c) Base Frame & Foundation: Both the engine and alternator shall be mounted on suitable base frame made of MS channel with necessary reinforcement which shall be installed on existing concrete foundation and vibration isolation arrangement as per recommendations of manufacturer.

(d) Fuel Tank: Day service fuel tank of 275 litres capacity fabricated out of 3 mm thick M.S. sheet complete with all standard accessories and fuel piping between fuel tank and diesel engine with MS class 'C' pipes of suitable dia. Complete with valves, level indications & accessories as required as per specifications.

(e) Exhaust System: Dry Exhaust manifold with residential exhaust silencer and catalytic convertor.

(f) Starting System: 12V DC starting system comprising of starter motors: voltage regulator and arrangement for initial excitation complete with suitable nos. of batteries with MS battery stand etc. as required as per specifications.

(g) Acoustic Enclosure : Acoustic and weather proof enclosure with arrangement for fresh air intake for cooling of the engine & alternator, extraction, discharging hot air in to the atmosphere as per specifications.

(i) The work should be as per Central Electrical Authority / latest Pollution control board standards.

DG set complete as described above and as per specifications

Design, fabrication, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of microprocessor-based AMF panel (with provision of top entry busduct incomer for Main Supply and top exit busduct outgoing of AMF Panel) for 125 KVA D.G. Set with bye-pass arrangement (for Main and D.G. supply). AMF panel board shall be equipped with automatic load transfer scheme comprising of three numbers of microprocessor-based MCCB (03 Nos. 250 Amp. 4 pole, 50 KA, Icu=Ics=Icw for 1s), with provision of electrical interlock for changeover of supply (DG & Mains), TPN busbar of 300 Amp. of aluminium alloy with heat shrinkable sleeves with 100% Neutral rating, AMF logic relay, auxiliary relays, timer, suitable rating CT/PT other accessories etc to fully accomplish the functions described below. All relays shall be numeric type in dust tight enclosures. Auxiliary relays and timers shall be plug in type with dust tight enclosures. Incomer MCCBs shall be effectively interlocked so that one is tripped before the other can be closed. All MCCBs shall be microprocessor based and having short circuit, over current and earth fault protection for the AMF panel. All other relays and components shall be of approved makes capable of reliable operation with a high degree of precision.

It shall also have a feature for By-Bass Mode with 2 Nos Manual changeover switch of suitable rating (Minimum rating shall be full load current capacity of 125 KVA DG Set) to divert load from incomer to Load end without any involvement of AMF Panel including control cabling and interfacing with the DG with following features: (a) Output shall be available within 10 seconds in auto mode in first attempt. (b) There shall be three attempts and then lock out. (C) Parameters measurement digitally for mains, DG and Load side: Current, Voltage, Frequency, Hour, Power, Energy. (d) Power monitoring for both DG and mains. (e) Auto / manual / test mode run. (f) LED indication for R Y B for mains / DG / Load and Load on DG or Mains. (g) Audio visual indication for: Fail to start, LLOP, HWT, OS, HLOT, EF, OC, SC. (h) Protection: EF, OC, SC, RP.

Supply of 3.5 core x 300 sqmm XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed aluminium conductor armoured Power Cable of 1.1KV grade, confirming to IS 7098, Part-I 1988 with up to date amendments and confirming to technical specifications.(The outer sheath shall be FRLS.)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm in the existing masonry open duct as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm (clamped with 40x3mm MS flat clamp) on wall surface as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 3.5 core x 240 sqmm of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Calibrated HSD service tank, rectangular MS (IS:226) construction with 300 liters capacity complete with flanged inlet & outlet, overflow, drain, vent, mechanical level indicator, 200mm dia Access hole on top with cover, flame arrestor. Tank will be made out of 3mm MS sheet and will be provided with structural support to keep tank base at (500 mm) above FFL, painting etc. complete as required.

Supply, laying , tesing and commissioning of M.S. heavy class ERW steel piping (Class-C) complete in welded construction with fittings such as bends, tees, reducer etc. as required.

Supply, fixing and testing of following valves, strainers, in the H.S.D. Fuel Handling System piping complete with companion flanges, nut bolts, kets, supports and painted etc. as per specifications :

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.

Excavation for foundation in soft soil including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 metres.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) for foundation work including form work etc as required.

Dismantling of exsiting 125 KVA DG set and keeping the same in Cargo store (within 50 Mtr. distance) as per site condition and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.and handover to Cargo.

SH:II - CARGO Perimeter light

Supply of following sizes of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed, Aluminium conductor armoured power cable of 1.1KV grade confirming to IS 7098, Part-I 1988 with up to date amendments and conforming to technical specification.

(a) 4c x 6 Sq. mm

Supply of 3c x 1.5 sq. mm PVC insulated and FRLS PVC Round Sheathed, Copper Conductor (flexible) industrial cable of 1.1 KV grade conforming to IS 694 with up to date amendments.

Supply of minimum 36W LED type street light luminaire with minimum IP-65 protection for outdoor application, suitable to operate on 240 V, 50 Hz, AC supply with control gear and other accessories complete for fixing at the top of the 40 mm GI pole as required conforming to technical specification attached.(Make: Surya, Model No. : SLE UL 36W IP66 NGN or equivalent as per AAI approved make list).

Supplying and fixing of 32 mm dia X 2.00 metres long G.I. pipe (medium class) bracket for mounting of fluorescent / HPMV / HPSV/LED street light fitting on pole including bending the pipe to the required shape, 2 nos 40 mm X 3 mm flat iron clamps with nuts, bolts and washer, painting the flat iron with primer and finish paint etc. as required.

Supply and fixing of suitable size thermoplastic polycarbonate Cable Junction Boxes (Minimum IP 66 protection) in the existing pole with provision of metric knockouts for cable entry/exit, alongwith suitable terminal/connector for incoming & outgoing cable (upto 4c x 6 Sqmm) and 1 No. 6A "C" series SP MCB with necessary earthing provision for cable termination. complete as required as per the site condition. (Make: Hensel, Cat. No.- DK 0606G or equivalant.)

ITC of 35W street light fitting in the existing GI pipe including connections etc.with pre wired 1.5 x 3 core coppper cabble as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 4c X 6 Sqmm size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required.

Supplying and making straight through joint with heat shrinkable kit including ferrules and other jointing materials for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required. (a) 4 X 6 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC/XLPE insulated & PVC sheathed power cable of 1.1kv grade of size not exceeding 35sq.mm in the existing RCC Hume/ Stoneware/ GI / HDPE pipe as required.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. in the wall with iron/steel clamps complete as required. (a) 50 mm dia (OD-50 mm & ID-38 mm nominal)

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. , complete as required. (a) 50 mm dia (OD-50 mm & ID-38 mm nominal)

Drawing of following sizes of copper cable in the existing GI pipe upto 2.5 Mtr. Height and termination with Cu. lugs at terminals as per the site condition. (a) 3 x 1.5 Sq mm.

Providing & laying of following sizes of G.I. pipe (medium class) i/c all types of accessories in all kind of soil/hard rock (upto 75 cm deep) and re-filling the trench as required. (a) 25 mm dia

Supplying and laying 6 SWG G.I. wire for conductor earth electrode, including connection/termination with existing GI pipe / Feeder pillar as required as per the site condition.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in existing pipe as required as per the site condition.

SH:III - Water Coooler cum purifier

Providing and fixing storage type water cooler cum purifier including angle valve and flexible connection piping of the 60-80 /120-150 Ltr storage capacity. It shall have C.P brass push cock complete with inlet float valve (with angle valve) with all plumbing and electrical accessories, inlet, outlet, overflow and PVC drain out connection complete as required.

SH:IV - Signage Boards

Providing and fixing Non-illuminated signs including all operations from fabrication to installation all complete as per drawings, technical specifications, signage schedule and to the satisfaction of the Engineer in-Charge. All exterior signs should be manufactured considering harsh outdoor conditions, weatherproofing techniques and materials shall be used.

Sign face

Providing and fixing sign face panels 3mm thick Aluminium sheet fabrication, Aluminium sheet fixed to horizontal structural truss. White retro-reflective vinyl pasted over edge to edge aluminium sheet. Graphics in plotter cut RAL 5013 exterior grade opaque vinyl pasted over white retroreflective vinyl.

Sign Frame (Spanning Truss)

Providing and fixing sign frame (Horizontal Spanning truss) in M.S. square section hot dipped galvanized as per drawing. Frame to be directly fixed to the sign structure. Frame to receive the sign faces.

Sign Structure

Providing Sign structure which should be capable to withstand minimum wind pressure of 180 Km/hour having holes to fix it on holding down bolts anchored in concrete footing. The entire post assembly shall be hot dipped galvanized and P.U. Painted to match RAL 9006 as specified and approved by the Engineer-In-charge. Cost to include all activities and temporary props used for a perfect vertical in plumb installation, shim Plates for adjustment of levels and filling the gap with concrete slurry etc. required for fixing the sign in an external location.

Foundation

Providing and laying foundation for the above sign structure including its compaction and all activities like Excavation, PCC base layer, providing and fixing in position electrical connection wherever applicable and finished as per drawing. The item cost includes cutting and opening the floor finish at location, and making good the location to the match the original finish after fixing and installation of sign. Size of 3-legged Gantry – 17 Mtr.(Length) X 1.5 Mtr.(Sign Height) X 6 Mtr. Clearance.

Supply and fixing of 3M blue retroreflective film as backround on existing ACP sheet and computerized graphics in plotter cut 3M Type IV white retroreflective lettering cutout letters for Cargo operation Signage of size 5.25 Mtr. x 1.5 Mtr as per attached sheet. The job includes providing & fixing structural support with aluminium channel (2 inch x 1 inch) for the entire signage boards (throughout horizontal run - 3 Nos. & throughout vertical support with gap of 0.5 mtr. in between support).

Providing and fixing Non-illuminated signs including all operations from fabrication to installation all complete as per drawings, technical specifications, signage schedule and to the satisfaction of the Engineerin-Charge. All exterior signs should be maufactured considering harsh outdoor conditions,weatherproffing techniques and material shall be used.

Suspender

Providing and fixing MS Plate with nut bolt and washer to be fabricated at the top side of signage for proper fixation by providing suspension for the signs using Stainless steel Hollow section with 1.5 inch X 1.5 inch , thickness 3mm, mounting with holes and entire assembly finished in brush finish as approved by the Engineer in-charge.

All signs are screen printed using artworks provided and with photoluminiscent material as per technical specifications.Screen printing shall be done on self adhesive vinyl and pasted on 2mm thick powdercoated white aluminium plate and fixed at location using screws.

Providing and fixing of approved shade Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP) of exterior grade for cladding on fascia for external canopy cladding of solid / Metallic colours, including all necessary frame work and complete weather sealing. The composite panel should consist of 2.5mm thermoplastic core of LDPE sandwiched between 2 skins of 0.25mm thick aluminium sheet (alloy designation 310S) making a total panel thickness of 3mm. The surface will be furnished with coating on top sides and service coating on reverse side. Coatings shall conform to specifications of ECCA / AAMA.
