Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m complete excluding GST.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, from a lead minimun three km. spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2. complete excluding GST.

Mechanically compected to achieve 95% proctors density including arrangement of water, settlement and all T&P including roller and its fuel etc complete excluding GST.(SI No 260)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing grading -1 material in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, & compecting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, as per MORTH Specification clause 401 complete excluding GST.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per MORTH Specification clause 406 complete excluding GST.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per MORTH Specification clause 502 complete excluding GST.

Providing & applying Tack coat with V.G.-10 on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.25kg/Sqm. On the prepared Bitumen/ granular surface clieaned with mecha-nical broom as per MORTH Specification clause 503 complete excluding GST.

Providing & laying Dense graded Bituminious macadam with 60-90TPH batch HMP producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premix with bituminous binder @ 4.5 Per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, lever and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandom roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH Specification clause 507 Complete in all respects inculding all material complete excluding GST.

Supply & laying of 100mm thick Precast cement concerete I-Shape' Interlocking paver blocks ISI mark confirming to IS: 15658-2006 with top layer of minimum 5 mm thickness having plan dimension 200x(160+120mm) of O.P. Cement , smooth high gloss finish, skid resistant; manufactured from rubber moulds through vibro-compression mechanism. The compressive strength of concrete paver block shall not be less than 50Mpa and weight 5 kg per including cost of material, with a blanket layer of 4.00cm. thick fine sand. including labour, T & P etc required for proper completion of the work as directed by Engineer-in-charge complete excluding GST. Cement Concrete with 4 cm. guage approved stone ballast, coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 6:3:1 including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work complete excluding GST. (SI. No. 281)

R.C.C. Work with cement, approved coarse sand & 2 cm gauge approved stone grit in proportions of 1:2;4 in lintels of door & windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending, but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work including cost of binding wire. (for repeated bar marking).
