Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.

In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similer works

Repair of existing damaged M.S. fencng including straightening, welding & painting complete in all respect.

12 mm cement plaster of mix :

Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

12 mm thick plain cement mortar bands in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand):

Raised Band (8 cm Band ) cm per Meter

Pointing work on brick work or brick flooring with cement mortar 1:3(1 cement : 3 fine sand) :

Flush/Ruled/Struct or Weathered pointing

Finishing wall with 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/ltr. And UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004 alkali,fungal resistance ,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted ) with silicon additives

New wotk two or more coat applied @ 1.43ltr. /10 sqm. Over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10sqm.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm @ 6kg/10sqm. Of approved brand and manufacture,over the plastered wall surface to prepare the even and smooth surface.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :

Two or more coats on new work

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

In cement mortar

Removing mortar from bricks and cleaning bricks including stacking within a lead of 50 m (stacks of cleaned bricks shall be measured):

From brick work in cement mortar

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
