Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:3:6 grade (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level.. including all leads lifts and carriage complete Job

supplying and Filling good earth mixed with available excavated earth and cowdung manure in park area including carrage, 10Km avg. all complete. including all leads lifts and carriage complete Job.

Supplying and stacking of well decayed cow dung manure at site including royalty (cow dung manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment) including all leads lifts and carriage complete Job.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design/shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, filling the joints with coarse sand etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including all leads lifts and carriage complete Job

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade New work (two or more coats) applied @3.84 kg/10sqm

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface.

Providing and fixing in position steel pipes 0'-3' dia for istallation of LED lights including fixing the base in cement concrete 1:3:6, including cost of gate light (frame) all complete job as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
