M & L for dismantling ,transporting to civil workshop centrifugal pump coupled with electric motor 60/75HP (Make: Kirloskar Model-DSM 100-36), Split opening of following capacities pumpset including cleaning with kerosene/petrol for removing dirt supply and replacement of small parts like impeller nut ,lock,washer, packing,gasket greasing oiling and reassembling, connecting in position testing, commissioning the pumpset complete all as directed.(Major Part will be Measured and paid in relevant Items of this schedule)

M & L for taking down carefully electric motor of 60/75HP (Make: Kirloskar Model-DSM 100-36), 3-phase 415v,50Hz,AC from foundation/ coupling, transporting to civil workshop, opening the motor,Checking the insulation value of the windings, insulating the winding with same class of insulation varnish,Oiling Greassing of bearing and busing , painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint as per color code and back to site for re-installing the motor and connecting to the pump, testing the motor for satisfactory performance all as directed by Engineer -in-Charge and all as specified for the following capacity. (Major Part will be Measured and paid in relevant Items of this schedule)

Dismantling and taking out pump motor coupled to 60KW/75HP (Make: Kirloskar Model-DSM 100-36) ,transporting the same work shop opening the motor, removing burnt winding and cleaning winding slots and rewinding of motor using suitable gauge/ size with supper enamelled copper wire, replacing insulation paper of class F and fire proof sleeves, varnishing complete, oiling, greasing, replacing old rear/ front bearings with new and reassembling complete motor including testing at site all as directed by Engr- in -charge

Disconnecting electrictrical and mechanicaly and taking out submersible motor pump set 25 HP capacity complete from installed position/ sump , disconnecting of motor, transporting the motor to local workshop ,Split opening of the motor, removing burnt winding and cleaning the slots and rewinding of motor using new super enameled copper winding wire of suitable gauge / size, replacing paper insulation of suitable class and fire proof sleeves, varnishing etc. complete with oiling, greasing, replacing unsv thrust bearing and bushes after repairing , reassembling complete pump and motor after repairing lowering in existing position and testing all as specified and directed .

Disconnection of electric connection taking out of submersible pump set of capacity 25 HP 415 volt 3 phase complete from sump disconecting of pump from coupling shaft transportation to local workshop Split opening of pump impeller for necessary repair work such as grinding reallignment replacement of unserviceable bearings, bushes shaft seal,impellers,coupling all other parts for its serviceability after repairing , testing of pump and lowering in existing position all as specified and directed .

Taking down unserviciable MS work and M& L for fabrication/structural work with mild steel sheet/ angle iron in any shape or size as indicated or directed and including belding/ bracing, painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of black paint (one coat before fixings and one coat of black paint after fixing ) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 ,Type C2, using 40mm graded aggragate for foundations, filling and mass concrete

Material and labour in repair of mild steel plates (plain or chequered) of 5mm thick or over in thickness in available sizes Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only PPM testing kit for portable/ drinking water measuring range 0.2 PPM to 5 PPM all as specified and directed (Make- Any approved Coy From Govt Lab)

Taking down unserviciable cable and S & F 10 Sqmm 3 Core PVC insulated, unsheathed industrial cable with flexible bright annealed copper conductor for voltage grade up to 1100 volts conformimg to IS 694.
