Material and Labour for dismantling the delivery pipe line of submersible pump set from water mains, Lifting / taking out carefully the GI column pipes upto 50 mm dia, Submersible cable, defective Submersible pump set from bore well, transporting to workshop, opening the pump set including repair/replacement of worn out parts, oiling/greasing, lubricating the parts and reassembling, shifting back to bore well after repair and lowering submersible pump set with GI column pipe 50 mm dia / submersible cable etc, in the bore well at various sites under GE (AF) Marathahalli, complete of depth upto 200mtrs all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(Note for 01 & 02 :- The above quoted Rates deemed to be inclusive for jointing of Submersible Cable , reconnecting the delivery pipe line of submersible pump sets to water mains , testing for satisfactory running & continuous flow of water complete all as specified).

Repairs and Servicing of defective Submersible pump of capacity 5 HP to 15 HP by dismantling the pump & removing unserviceable parts, assemble the pump properly after replacements of unserviceable parts. Note:- (a) The rates are inclusive of transporting the pump from bore well site to civil work shop for repair & back to site. (b) The rate are inclusive of turning / finishing work for fixing of parts properly. (c) The rates are inclusive of testing of pump at borewell installation for satisfactory functioning /running. (d) The replacement of unserviceable parts will be paid & measured separately under relevant items of schedule.

Material and Labour for Rewinding of defective submersible motor by taking out burnt copper winding, cleaning the casing & slots with wire brush, washing with pressure water, drying, rewinding the motor with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge and weight including replacement of all insulation material, "O" rings and other petty items required for making motor functional and checking the winding leak proof & taking out the electric connection and provision of suitable size new submersible cable up to 03 mtrs for motors of Capacity 7.5 HP Capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Rewinding of defective submersible motor by taking out burnt copper winding, cleaning the casing & slots with wire brush, washing with pressure water, drying, rewinding the motor with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge and weight including replacement of all insulation material, "O" rings and other petty items required for making motor functional and checking the winding leak proof & taking out the electric connection and provision of suitable size new submersible cable up to 03 mtrs for motors of Capacity 10 HP to 15 HP Capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out the Unserviceable Column pipe and Supplying and Fixing GI column pipe heavy duty of size up to 50 mm dia by cutting the worn out portion of threads & re-threading at each end of pipe to make required length complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Plain cement concrete (1:3:6), type C1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, bases of electric poles including necessary form work and finishing the exposed concrete surfaces of concrete even and fair Complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanized iron or steel plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.0 mm buried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt in alternate layers and electrode connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6mm dia as earthing lead by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, earth wire protected by galvanized steel pipe 15 mm bore (light grade) connected to machinery/ equipment all as shown in electrical plate No.5 of SSR-2009 Part I and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20 mm bore light grade GI pipe for watering funnel wire mesh, PCC (1:3:6), type C-1 chamber, RCC (1:2:4), type B-1, reinforced with 6 mm dia MS round bars @ 15 cm c/c both way for cover and MS frame etc., complete all as specified.
