M&L for Repair and comprehensive maintenance of moudular type Variable Refrigerant Flow (Samsung make) system 18x4HP equipped with invertor, compressors, acryl precoated heat exchanger, low noise Condenser fan, auto check function for connection error, auto address setting with any capacity Modules and any location Including replacement of all thermocol foams insulating materials and any type of packing material, PVC drain pipe connections and any item required for replacement like as copper tubing gasket pumps, fan motor etc through authorised service agent of manufacturer for the complete plant by servicing/replacing any type spare parts as and when required to outdoor, indoor units including compressor, condensor, PCBs, valves, fan motors, piping, insulation refrigerant during the period of contract and in one year liability period complete all as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Item continues as Srl No.1.03

Note for item 1.01 & 1.02:- (i) One year guarantee certificate shall be submitted by the contractor before completion of work (ii) The cost of thermocol foams and any type of packing material, PVC drain pipe etc shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item. Nothing extra shall be entertained on this account (ii) Spare parts like as PCBs, Harmony, thrmstors, drain pump & motor shall be measured & paid as Supplly only seperatly under respective item No.1.04 to 1.18 of this schedule. Fixing charges of these spare parts shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item without entertaining extra cost on this account.

Disconnecting to unserviceable sealed compressor of suitable for 18 HP VRF AC plant and replaced with new hermatical sealed compressor of existing make & model including soldering of liquid /gas pipe, cleaning the system arresting the leaking ,vacuum sing, initial charging of oil & refrigerant gas as required including installation, testing & commissioning complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per item No. 1.19 above, but of suitable for 12 HP VRF AC plant of make: Carrier complete all as specified and direc by EIC

M&L for Refrigerant Gas R410a with cylinder suitable for carrier Samsung VRF Plant complete as directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L for insulation for drain pipes and condensor copper pipes as per existing type rubber insulating materials suitable for Samsung VRF Plant complete as directed by Engr-in Charge.

S&F 2.5 sqmm multi core cable for connection between our\t door unit to indoor unit including pvc conduit of size 15/20 mm dia complete all as directed by Engnr in charge

AIR CONDITIONER - WINDOW TYPE/SPLIT TYPE

Servicing to Window/Split type Air conditioner of various capacities by cleaning with soda water and cleaning the filters checking gas leakage & rectification of Minor faults all as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Disconnecting to unserviceable sealed compressor of 1.5 Ton capacity window type / Split type AC and replaced with new hermatical sealed compressor of existing make & model including soldering of liquid /gas pipe, cleaning the system arresting the leaking ,vacuum sing, initial charging of oil & refrigerant gas as required including installation, testing & commissioning complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per above item No.2.02 hereinbefore but 2.0 Ton capacity . Note for Srl Item No. 2.02 & 2.03 :- (i) New sealed compressors shall be procured from Original manufacturer / authorized dealer and locally repaired compressor shall not be accepted by the Deptt . (ii) Contractor shall be produced original purchase voucher of original manufacturer /authorized dealer and test certificate shall be of original manufacturer submitte to the department at the time of payment of RAR/Final bill. (iii) Engineer-in-charge shall be endorsed a certificate along with RAR/Final bill with regards that hermetical sealed compressor are procured from the original manufacturer/ authorized dealers and Purchase voucher’s & Test certificate are produced by the contractor’s are found original (iv) (i) Refrigerant and comp oil for charging to be supplied by the contractor.

S & F replacement to unserviceable copper capillary tube with new of appropriate required size including brazing & leakage testing for window /split type AC complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling to Blower fan motor from window/split type AC and rewinding to same with super enameled copper wire of appropriate gauge including insulation, varnishing &replacement of worn out bearing, bush, capacitor etc complete all as specified and as directedby Engineer-in-charge.

S&F replacement to unserviceable starting capacitor 100/120mfd with new for window/ split type AC complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : UNIVERSAL/SARADA
