Repair of Health Wellness Centre Shilly (Deposit work)

Earthwork in excavation for all type of road structures such as retaining wall, breast wall, culvert, drain and parapets etc. in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock chiesling / wedging out rocks (where blasting is prohibeted). Dimesions and other particulars as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 305.1(Three hundred Five point One) including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and its disposal including dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material, trimming, filling of unevenness blindages and finishing of the road to specified dimensions. All work of excavation by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosions, damage to hill side, water pollutions etc., and to protect stability of hill side rock. Stacking of materials useful for construction at suitable sites and safe disposal of unserviceable excavated materials in specified manners to dumping site (to be arranged by the contractor) or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Any loss to the public or private property during the course of execution shall be the sole responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be duly compensated by him at his own cost of all cases.

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete nominal mix 1:4:8 (one cement isto four sand isto eight graded stone aggregate 25mm (twenty five milimeters) nominal size) Mechanically mixed and vibrated for plain/reinforced concrete and curing complete in open foundations and plinths for all type of structure including the cost of form work complete as per drawing and MORD Technical Specification clause 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 (Eight hundred two, eight hundred three, one thousand two hundred two and one thousand two hundred three) or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Brick work with common burnt clay machine moulded with F.P.S.(non modular) perforated bricks of class designation 12.5 conforming to IS: 2222 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor five level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) as per H.P. PWD. specification including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts , including all incidental charges.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as per HP.PWD. Specification including carriage of all labour equipment and material to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts and all incidental charges.

15mm Cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of brick/ concrete/stone walls for interior/exterior plastering upto all floor level including arrises,internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in Cement Mortar 1:4 (1Cement:4 Sand)as per HP.PWD. Specification including carriage of all labour equipment and material to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge and as per HP.PWD. Specification including carriage of all labour, equipment and material to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts and all incidental charges.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacturers specifications painting wood work with deluxe multi surface paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture as per HP.PWD. Specification including carriage of all labour equipment and material to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts and all incidental charges.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacturers specifications Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture as per direction of Engineer in charge including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all lead & lifts and all incidental charges.
