Name of Work :Renovation of CMBFS Kitchen shed panchayat union middle school @ Palathurai H/o Palathurai panchayat

Providing and applying of solar reflective paint, acrylicpolymer based elastometric water proofing coating having solar reflective index more than 90% as per ASTM E 903, specific gravity of 1.30 +/-0.10 for Existing surface . The surface preparation including jet wash , the cracks are filled wherever required below 3mm of crack and application of 3 coats of paints to form 1mm tk (W - 0353)- Roof top

Clean removal of damaged wall plastering including all charges etc., complete

Brick work in cm 1:5 mix(one cement and five sand )using country bricks ground maded of size 23 x 11 x 7 cm including curing,finishing and cost & Conveyance of all materials etc., complete.

Plastering 1:5 mix 12mm thick including cost and conveyance all materails and lablur charges etc., completed as per standard specifications

Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothy with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing. The Surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours. It shall then be sand papered (waterproof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even surface. Any unevenness shall be made good by applying 1st coat of putty mixed with water on the entire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2nd coat of putty after 6 hours of 1st coat of putty and then sand papering (waterproof abrasive sheet) the same after it is dry and finishing the surface smoothly, etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental Officers. [ The rates are inclusive of hire charges for grinding machine with wheel, cost of sand paper (waterproof abrasive sheet), cost of putty blade, labour charges for grinding the joints and sand papering, two coat of putty, scrapping the putty area to level the surface smooth, etc., complete]. The Putty shoule be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work.

Providing Granolythic floor finish in cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 10-12 mm ISS metal to 25mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc.,

Distembering two coats of oil bound distember using one coat of primer coat including cost & conveyance to size and all labour charges etc., complete.

Repainting the walls with two coats of first class plastic Emulsion paint of approved qualityand colour over a priming coat, including through scrapping,clean removel of dirt etc complete .

Painting two coats of old iron work with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour with priming coat including the cost all materials etc.,complete, in all floors.
