Plain Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One Cement, Five crushed stone sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Flyash bricks in cement mortor 1:5 ( One of cement and five of M sand) using Flyash bricks of size 230 x 110 x 70 mm having minimum average crushing strength of 50Kg/sqcm in foundation & basement including dewatering wherever necessary proper setting curing etc., complete in all respects complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Brick partition walls of 11.50cm thickness using best quality Fly ash Brick of size 230x110x70mm with class designation of 7.5 conforming to IS 13757-1993 or IS 12894-2002 in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three CS Sand) using hoop iron reinforcement if found necessary including Cost of Mortar Plasticizer, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (Hoop iron reinforcement will be measured and paid for separately)

Providing cuddappa slabs of following thickness of 20mm for cupboards, wardrobes. Shelves, of well polished on both sides smoothly including fixing with CM 1:3 (one of cement three of M sand)12mm thick including cutting to the required size laying fixing in position and jointing with black oxide and finishing neatly etc. complete in all respects complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of 110mm dia PVC SWR pipe for Rain water down fall pipe with necessary gratings, shoes, bends, offsets, clamps, teak wood plugs, etc., of approved quality and including fixing G.I. gratings at the junction of parapet and floor or roof slab etc., including finishing etc., complete complying with relevant standard specifications.

Supplying and fixing of solid core Flush shutters with Teak ply on both sides with teak wood lipping all-round 35 mm thick including cost and labour for fixing the Brass furniture fittings viz. 1 no. of Door Handle 3 nos. of 5" Brass Butt hinges, 2 nos. of 6"x1/2" Tower bolt,1no. of 10"x5/8" Aldrop, 1no. of Rubber bush,1no.of door stopper with rubber bush, with required screws etc. Complete in all respects complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.
