Group B Annual Rate Contract for Maintenance, Inspection and Upkeeping of Mainline Right of Way of PHBPL, PHBMPL, PSHPL, NOJPL under Paradip and Balasore jurisdiction and PHPL under Berhampur jurisdiction

FIXED PART (Manpower - QRT team) PHBPL

Monthly fixed QRT/ Maintenance charges: Repair, Maintenance, supervision, monitoring and handling emergency situation of entire Pipeline ROW of PHBPL, PHBMPL, PSHPL in Paradip/Balasore jurisdiction in Odisha state. It includes providing, operating and maintaining Quick Response Team (QRT) and all activities related to maintenance of mainline/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrumentation/Telecommunication/ Civil / other miscellaneous works. The scope of work related to mainline maintenance activities include maintenance of pipeline as well as all RCPs, HOVs, MOVs, SVs, CP station, etc. falling in the pipeline stretch as mentioned under relevant clause of Special Conditions of Contract (SCC). This item also includes deployment of manpower in Quick response team (QRT) as per the details mentioned in SCC for Paradip/Balasore Jurisdiction. In case of absence of any manpower, alternate reliever to be provided as per direction of EIC. These QRT manpowers shall not be used for other SOR item works (unless permitted by EIC/Site Engineer), as all other SOR items are inclusive of cost of deputing all highly skilled/skilled/semi-skilled/unskilled manpower and supervision charges. This SOR is inclusive of overhead charges such as office establishment, caretaking, communication etc. Note: For Paradip jurisdiction min. manpower to be deployed is: 01 Highly Skilled, 05 Skilled (including 02 Drivers) and 02 Semi-skilled.

Fixed item: Mobilization & deployment of drivers (Skilled) for Bolero & Camper, MMV/MOSRU for O&M Activities in Mainline. Measurement will be based on No. of Man deployed in a month. In case of absence , alternate relieving to be provided as per direction of IOC. The deployment will be as per requirement and direction of IOC which may increase or decrease.(Class C).

QRT Vehicle (Variable) PHBPL

Deployment of Bolero and Camper for 24 hrs- PERCENTAGE ABOVE/BELOW TO BE QUOTED BY BIDDER - Rate shall also include maintaining, running the vehicle at all times in good and perfect condition including payment of all taxes, insurance premuim etc. obtaining fitness certficate , road permits, providing all necessary lubricants etc. required for smooth and efficient running of vehicle, providing uniforms, mobile phones to drivers, stay arrangement, service charges, reliever charges, administrative charges of contractor, etc. and other related services like extra manpower if required, statutory requirements, etc. required for smooth operation of vehicles under the contract as per directions of EIC/site engineer. The rates under this item are exclusive of driver wages which is covered under lumpsum QRT item. This rate is including supervision charges and Vehicle running charges. Note: This item includes two vehicle i.e., 01no. Mahindra Bolero or equivalent and 01no. Bolero Camper 4WD Diesel or equivalent as per specifications.The model of the vehicle should not be older than 1 year from the date of Work Order.

Deployment of MMV vehicle (TATA 1512g LPT DCR48 HSD or equivalent with tools listed in SCC) for 24 hrs- PERCENTAGE ABOVE/BELOW TO BE QUOTED BY BIDDER - Rate shall also include maintaining,the vehicle in running condition at all times in good and perfect condition including payment of all taxes, insurance premuim etc. obtaining fitness certficate , road permits, providing all necessary lubricants etc. required for smooth and efficient running of vehicle, providing uniforms, mobile phones to drivers, stay arrangement, service charges, reliever charges, administrative charges of contractor, etc. and other related services like extra manpower if required, statutory requirements, etc. required for smooth operation of vehicles under the contract as per directions of EIC/site engineer. The rates under this item are exclusive of driver wages which is covered in seperately in SOR. This rates including supervision charges. The rate also Includes the the tool cost to be maintained in QRT vehicle as per list provided in SCC The model of the vehicle should not be older than 5 year from the date of Work Order.
