Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, etc. which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specifcation. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at about 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specificaiton. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

For plane surfaces such as RCC floor slab, roof slab, beams, lintels, bed blocks, landing slab, waist slab, portico slabs and beams, etc.

Providing and laying in position, standardised concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000, using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/ms and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5 Cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 Cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with

about (4.79 cu'm') 7670 kg. of M-Sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

For Foundation and Basement

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Supplying and fixing Galvalume colour sheet roofing with 0.47mm thick of approved quality by drilling holes (and not by punching) with necessary ‘J’ / ‘U’ bolts and nuts etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmetal officers

Supply & Fixing of Continuous sandwich PUF panels 50 mm thick either as single piece, prefabricated, modular, factory made units which consist of an insulating layer of rigid polyurethane foam between two layers of metal sheets, comprises of PUF bonded between Mo sheets of Pre-coated GI sheets of 0.5 mm thick to produce straight-to-finish panels with ail necessary fixtures to complete the work in all respect. The rate is inclusive of design ,shop drawing preparation, submission for approval etc., and also inclusive of any other incidental charges such as lifting using cranes, labour charges for erection, cost of all materials involved and as directed by the departmental officers

DISTRIBUTION PIPING SCOPE The Scope of Work shall cover all distribution piping and terminal units for Oxygen , Nitrous oxide, Vacuum and Compressed Air. MATERIALS Solid Drawn, Seamless, De-Oxidized, Non-Arsenical, Half Hard, Tempered and De-greased Copper pipe conforming to EN 13348: 2008. All Copper Pipes will be De-greased & delivered capped at both ends. The Pipes will be accompanied with manufacturers test certificate for the Physical properties & Chemical Composition. Copper Pipe will also have third party Inspection certificate from Lloyds Register Services. The Pipe Sizes to be used are from among as under: Copper Fittings shall be made of Copper and suitable for a steam working Pressure of 17bar and especially made for Brazed socket type connections. All Copper Fittings will be conforming to EN 1254-1, should be Factory De-greased, certified and individually packed and identified for Medical use. Fittings should be Kite Marked up to 54mm Size. Adequate supports shall be provided while laying Pipelines to ensure that the Pipes do not sag. Suitable sleeves shall be provided wherever Pipes Cross through walls / Slabs.

All Pipe Clamps shall be Non-Reactive to Copper (or) Clamps with Sleeved to avoid direct contact with Copper Pipe. After erection, the Pipes will be flushed and then Pressure Tested with dry Air at a Pressure equal to 1.5 times of the working Pressure or 150 psig, whichever is higher for a period of not less than 24 hours. All the Piping System shall be tested in the presence of the site- engineer or his authorized representative. PAINTING : All exposed Pipes should be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel Paint and colour codification should be as per IS: 2379:1963. / EN ISO 5359.

INSTALLATION & TESTING Installation of Piping shall be carried out with utmost cleanliness. Only Pipes, Fittings and Valve which have been de-greased and fittings brought in Polythene sealed bags shall be used at site. Pipe fixing clamps shall be of Non Ferrous or Non-Deteriorating Plastic suitable for the diameter of the Pipe. All Joints shall be made of Copper to Copper and Brazed by Silver brazing filler material without use of any flux. All Brazing shall be done by using a brazing rod CP 104 (5% Silver Copper Phosphorous Brazing Alloy) and Copper - to - Brass or Gunmetal shall only be joints using Brazing Rod AG203 (43% Silver-Copper-zinc-Brazing Alloy) Manufactured to EN-1044. Inert Gas Welding Technique should be used by Oxygen Free Nitrogen Gas Inside Copper Pipes while Brazing to avoid Carbon Deposition.

Paving the floor with best quality Double Charged Vitrified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three Crushed Stone Crushed Stone (M-Sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Paving the floor with best approved quality fine polished Granite Stone Slabs of size 1200 x 600 of 18 / 20mm thick of Jet black and similar varieties with machine cut edges laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three Crushed Stone(M-Sand)) fixing the slabs with required cement slurry and laid in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments etc., The granite stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard specification.

Paving the floor with best approved quality fine polished Blue Pearl Granite Stone Slab of size 1200 x 600 of 16mm to 18mm thick with machine cut edges laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three Crushed Stone(M-Sand)) fixing the slabs with required cement slurry and laid in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments etc., The granite stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard specification.

Flooring with Anti skid Self Designed Colour Ceramic Tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6mmceramic tiles laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) base mortar over the existing slab / floor including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg. / Sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

DADOOING WALLS with following Tiles of best approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:2 (One cement and two crushed stone sand(M-Sand)) 10mm thick and pointing with white cement using 0.40 Kg of white cement in all floors per square metre including cost of tiles, all materials, incidental charges, transportation charges and labour charges for fixing tiles neat finishing the joint flush curing as directed by the Departmental Officers complete complying with standard specification. Supplying and fixing customized special type of Double leaf Acoustic door made Solid core flush shutter and Moisture Resistant,Termite proof Plywood with the following specifications. The door is made with 2/3 of Solid core flush shutter 1/3 of 12mm thick Ply wood on both side to provide fibre glass wool acoustic materials with overall thickness of 30mm. The solid core flush shutter and plywood is covered with laminate of 1mm thick. The edge is finished with teak wood beading alaround. Solid PVC door shutters using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The WPB (Water proofing board) grade plywood of 18mm thick with Plywood screwed in the wall depth of 75mm. The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials, Labour charge for fixing, conveyance of material to site, Tools and Plants, scaffolding charges involved in the works and all other incidental charges etc., Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Since this is special nature of work the required quantity of wastage also included in the rate. Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of Cast iron body and Gun metal or stainless steel internal Non-return valve of following sizes to control one way flow of water to be installed pump room at delivery line and near overhead tank at terrace level near to jockey pump and motor including necessary MS flange of table ‘E’, gaskets, bolts & nuts, etc. as per IS 5312 including conveyance, all incidental charges, neccessary scaffolding and re-doing the dismantled portions to its original condition wherever found neccessary, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers.
