Taking down carefully aluminium / copper point wiring (light / fan / socket or power)/power wiring complete including fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, socket, light fittings, regulators etc complete and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors Note : (i) The existing conduit of concealed wiring will not be removed from site and same will be reused for point wiring under respective item hereunder.(ii) The qty of serviceable/ unserviceable items will be ascertained by the BOO detailed by GE and serviceable items (such as LED fittings/LED tube and bulb /ceiling/ Exhaust Fans and geysers) will be refixed under respective item hereunder and unserviceable items such as switches, sockets, ceiling rose, holders, brackets, bulkhead fittings, LED fittings, MCB DBs, sunken boxes and fixtures etc. shall be issued to contractor under schedule of credit all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable Submain/ Cable/ Service wire of any size as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Taking down main switch / DB as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M & L for concealed point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor FRLS, PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 650 /1100 volts grade drawn through & including PVC conduit ,medium grade with accessories like bends, tees, junction boxes etc fix on wall or ceiling surfaces all as specified including 1.5 sqmm , FRLS type , copper multistranded cable as earth wire including pressed steel sunken boxes for mounting of MODULAR TYPE switch/sockets and regulator and including modular type cover plate white colour all as specified and directed for: One light / fan / call bell point controlled by one, one way switch.

One 3 pin socket out let 5 Amps on same board with other switches.

One 3 pin socket out let 5 Amps on Independent board with other switches.

All as per Ser item No.4 above but with 2.5 sqmm multistranded copper multistranded conductor FRLS cable with 2.5 sqmm earth wire for one 6 pin socket outlet 15 amps on independent board

M&L for point wiring with PVC insulated, unsheathed cable single core multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable 1.5 sqmm size, 1100V grade, drawn into existing PVC rigid concealed conduit medium grade (ISI marked) including PVC unsheathed cable single core copper FRLS conductor 1.5 Sqmm as continuous earth wire and including pressed MS sheet sunken box 1.6 mm thick with 3 mm thick laminated bakelite sheet all as specified. One light / fan / call bell point controlled by one, one way switch.

M & L for sub main wiring with four single core PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 10 sqmm with multi stranded copper conductor , FRLS type cable drawn through and including PVC concealed conduit of suitable size complete with all accessories alongwith provn of 2 run of 10 sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed ,multi stranded copper conductor , FRLS type cable as earth wire.

Supply and fix MCB DB, TPN 6 way double door Vertical type suitable for mounting of MCCB as incomer with suitable 200 amps rated bus all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCCB 63 Amps 4 pole 415 Volt,25 KA breaking capacity .

Supply and fix MCB DB, TPN 4 way double door with suitable 200 amps rated bus all as specified and directed.

S/F MCB TPN 40 Amps 415 volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix DB,double door, SPN 4 way for MCB, 240 volt with 200 amps rated bus bar.

Supply and fixing LED lights fitting 1x 16W, 220V, AC decorative box type with driver, holder including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement LED Bldg security light fitting 35 Watt including LED lamp pressure die cast aluminum IP66 with surge protection device of 10KV, IK7 LED (SEOUL) 6500K and connecting electrical to ceiling rose using PVC insulated and overall sheathed flexible copper conductor of size 0.50 mm 3 core including GI pipe 32mm light grade 0.9 Mtr long bent to L shape in 02 Nos of GI Clamps of size 25x6 mm of length 25mm with nuts, bolts and washers complete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix PVC Conduit pipe Heavy Grade of size 20 mm with all accessories like (Bend/Tee/Junction box) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing Ceiling fan/Exhaust fan capacity/type carefully and refixing the same complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing Geyser any capacity/type carefully and refixing the same with replacement of PVC connection/Steel connection and anchor fastener pipe if required complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing electric/electronic energy meter any capacity/type carefully all electric wire/submain complete and refixing the same, incl electric connection with new gutties/anchor fastener if required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with GI steel earth plate electrod 60x60cmx6.00mm thick bouried directly in ground /earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below the normal ground level connected to test point by using GI wire of dia 4 mm as earthing lead soldering/revated to earth plate at one end and connected DB by means of nut, bolts etc complete with PCC pit (1:3:6) type GI cover with handle funnel with watering pipe wire mess GI protection pipe for earthing lead all complete as specified and as per electric plate No.5 of SSR Part I
