REPAIRS TO STEEL FURNITURE TABLE OFFICE CLERK/OFFICER STEEL( FD-1003) - 1 (a) Taking out existing worn out front/side portion complete of the drawer. Supply & fix new front side/portion complete with lock to the drawer. Removing the dents and bents welding/riveting the damaged portion of the drawer and rectifying portion of the drawer and rectifying other defects to have smooth movement of the drawers all as specified and directed.

1 (b) Taking out worn out following components without damaging the other components. Supply the new components made out of 25mm square 16 gauge MS Square tubing and fixing the same by welding to the Table office officer steel in place of removed components :- FD-1003 (i) Legs

(ii) Top rails long

(iii) Top rails short

(iv) Foot rest long stiffners

1 (c) Taking out worn out following components without damaging the other components. Supply the new components made out of 25mm square 16 gauge MS Square tubing and fixing the same by welding to the Table office clerk steel in place of removed components :- FD-84, 1004, 1005 (i) Legs

(ii) Top rails long

(iii) Top rails short

(iv) Foot rest long stiffners

(v) Stiffeners short

1 (d) Removing dents and bents and carrying out the minor repairs, repairs to locking device complete of the drawers to have smooth movement. Material and labour for preparation of steel surface of table providing high class glossy finish synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer wherever required. Providing PVC shoes to the legs:- (i) Table office clerk steel

(ii) Table office officer steel

1 (e) Removing of old damaged/unserviceable table top from table steel and replacing the top with 18 mm thick pre-laminated particleboard (one side teak face another white balancing coat) 6 mm thick teak wood beading all around and fixed with suitable size of screws to table frame as per drawing including polishing to teakwood edging all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge (i) Table office clerk steel FD-84, 1004, 1005

(ii) Table office officer steel FD-1003

1 (f) Removing existing unserviceable old locks from table. Supply and fix new lock, made out of steel body Grade I type of 50mm size with six brass levers and with duplicate keys, all and fixed to the steel table with screw, complete all as specified and directed.Make:-godrej or equivailent

2 (a) CHAIR CB STEEL WITH/WITHOUT ARMS 14(a) Taking out the old worn out and unserviceable portion of MS tubular frame of chairs as listed below. M&L for new portion/part duly fabricated to shape and size as shown on drawing to match/fit in the chair and made out of 25mm dia 16 gauge MS tubing. Welding the new fabricated portion/part to the chair frame all as specified and directedby Engineer-in- Charge . (i) Complete all shape base portion of steel chair frame

(ii) Pair of L shape vertical base portion of steel chair frame

(iii) 25 mm dia 16 gauge 460mm long on tubing support between the seat and back frame of each steel chair frame

(iv) 50 x 25 x 3mm Mild Steel cleats with a hole to hole a screw, four cleats each, to seat and back frame of each steel chair frame to support wooden seat/back wooden frame all as specified and directed

2 (b) Removing damaged unserviceable Seat frame from chair CB tubular steel with arm/without arm and back frame from chair CB steel with/without arm supply and fix new seat and back frame complete with suitable size of screw as specified all as per drawing and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (i) Back frame for chair CB tubular steel with arm

(ii) Seat frame for chair CB tubular steel with arm

(iii) Back Frame for chair CB tubular steel without arm

(iv) Seat frame for chair CB tubular steel without arm

(v) Arm rest for both Chair CB steel w/o & with arm

3 (a) REPAIRS TO ALMIRAH LARGE/MEDIUM STEEL:- FD-243, 1032, 67(M), 1031 Removing existing unserviceable old locks from Almirah steel. Supply and fix new lock, made out of steel body Grade I type of 75mm size with six brass levers (Make Aligarh or equivalent as approved by GE) and with duplicate keys, and fixed to the steel Almirah with four screw or as required, complete all as specified and directed

(b) Removing existing unserviceable handle from steel Almirah. S & F new steel chromium plated handle of 150mm size all as per Godrej pattern and fixed to steel Almirah with hexagonal nut and steel pin of appropriate size complete all as specified and directed.

(c) Taking out existing locking device carrying out all minor repairs, dent and bents to the Almirah Large/Med steel refixing the same to the steel Almirah with providing of new screw or nut and bolt all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

(d) M&L for removing old worn out hinge from Almirah Large/Med Steel and S&F new hinge of best quality and fixed with welding.

(e) Removing dents, bents of steel Almirah, welding to broken portion. Rectifying all minor defects and repairs. Material and labour for preparation of steel surface of Almirah (inside & outside surface) including doors shelves and legs. Providing high class glossy finish synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer wherever required. All complete specified shown on drawing and directed for following Almirah:- (i) Almirah Large Steel with Shelves

(ii) Almirah Med Steel with Shelves

4 (a) TABLE DINING ORS:- FD-165(M) - Removing of old damaged/unserviceable table top from table dining OR’s FD-165(M) and replacing top with 18mm thick particle board interior grade duly covered with aluminium sheet of 22 gauge and fixing with suitable size of screws to table frame including one coat of black synthetic enamel paint as specified all as per drawing and as directed.

(b) Taking out worn out component as listed below removing dents/bents welding broken frame. Supply & fixing new component made out of 25mm 16 gauge square tubing to match & fit in place of worn out component of steel frame of Table Dining OR’s. (i) Leg Frame complete

(ii) Stiffener

M&L for removing/scrapping old worn out paint from the following steel furniture by sand paper and painting with two coats of OG synthetic enamel paint make Asian/Berger over a coat of red oxide primer. Rest all as specified in the drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 5 (a) Almirah Large steel 1/2 H 1/2 S steel FD-1033
