Earth work with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.50 m. transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 30 m as per Technical Specification (As per MORD Specification.)Clause 301.5

Providing and laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes(45 TO 63)mm to water bound macadam specification incluidng spreading in uniform thickness hand packing rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required dencity as per technical specification (As per MORD Specification.)clause 405 for proper completion of work in all respect.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes (22.4-53 mm gauge SSB) to water bound macadam specification for deep pot hole repair incluidng spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming stone screening (11.2 mm Type-B) to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density of grading -3 for levelling coat. This work includes cost of all materials, labour, and hire charges of road roller, machinery, T&P etc complete. Complete work as per Technical Speicification(As per MORD Specification.) Clause 405 for proper completion of work in all respect.

Providing and applying prime coat with bitumen Emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular Base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.75 kg/sqm using mechanical means. (As per MORD Specification.) Clause 502.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG- 10 grade using pressure/emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/ granular surface treated with primer & cleaned with hydraulic broom. (As per MORD Specification.) Clause 503

Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line grade and level to serve as wearing coarse on a previously prepared base by Mechanical means including mixing in a suitable plant laying and rolling with a 03 wheeled roller 80-100 KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of type C. (As per MORD Specification.) clause 508.

Providing and laying seal coat by mechanical means with VG- 10 grade Bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C (As per MORD Specification.) Clause 510

Providing and laying Ist class brick edging on both side of the road by M-150 bricks complete including cost of material, labour, T&P and all type of taxes etc complete.

Road marking with Hot applied thermoplastic compound with reflectorising glass beads on bituminous surface.
