132KV CB of 132KV Capacitor Bay at 220KV S/S Barahuwa and 132KV CB of 132KV Mahrajganj Bay at 132KV S/S Anandnagar creating trouble in mechanism during its operation and require its rectification by following works at respective Sub-Station. The works involves- Recticfication of 145KV CB by overhauling of mechanism includes works of overhauling of control block assembly. opening latch, closing latch, support latch, anti-pumping assembly. Opening, Cleaning and greasing of motor charging system, replacement of worn out pat. Checking of shock absorber, closing damper etc. Adjustment of all gaps, cleaning and greasing of levers, aconneting rods, cam, disc cam etc. Checking of mechanism assembly for wear and tear, rectification/repairing of worn out parts. Checking of limit switch, power contactors, auxiliary contactors for proper functioning. Checking and re tightening of all electrical connections. Replacement of defective left and right spring of driving pawls. Measurement of closing and tripping time of circuit breaker. Measurement of contact resistance of circuit breaker.
