Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of split casing Centrifugal pump sets of 30HP capacity, Head 48 Mtr & 28 LPS discharge with steel shaft, bronze impeller, CI casing totally enclosed fan cooled with squirrel cage induction motor with love joy couplings, 3 phase, 50 HZ, 415Volt, with and including suitable civil foundation, safety valve, pressure guage and priming valve etc., fixed on common base MS channel frame supported by anti vibration pads with necessary electric connection with multi stranded copper conductor cable of size 3.0core x 16Sqmm from starter to motor and making inlet / outlet pipe line connection using nuts, bolts, rubber gaskets, fully automatic star delta starter control panel in sheet steel enclosure with 3 pole power contractor AC-3, 32A with 220V AC, 50 Hz Aux coil supply, 4 pole MCB 63 Amp as incoming mains, digital ammeter, digital voltmeter, current sensor CTs 100/5, Star-delta changeover timer/relay, ON/OFF push button switches, pump protection device with single phasing, phase failure, reverse phasing protection CTs 40 current sensor, power factor improvement capacitor 2 KVAR, RYB LED type indicator lamps, connecting up electrical, water supply lines, with and including dismantling existing pump and shifting to AGE E/M Yard, complete all as specified.

All as per Serial Item No. 1 here-in-before but for Centrifugal pump sets of 1.0HP capacity Head 20 Mtr & 1.5 LPS discharge, with and including dismantling existing pump and shifting to AGE E/M Yard, complete all as specified.

All as per Serial Item No. 1 here-in-before but for Monoblock Centrifugal pumpsets of 20 HP capacity Head 28 Mtr & 30 LPS discharge, with and including dismantling existing pump and shifting to AGE E/M Yard, complete all as specified.

All as per Serial Item No. 1 here-in-before but for Monoblock Centrifugal pumpsets of 10 HP capacity Head 28 Mtr & 30 LPS discharge, with and including dismantling existing pump and shifting to AGE E/M Yard, complete all as specified.

All as per Serial Item No. 1 here-in-before but for Submersible pump set of 20.0 HP capacity Head 64 Mtr & 12 LPS discharge, with two numbers of steel wire rope of minimum 6mm dia, control panel & star delta starter with and including dismantling existing pump and shifting to AGE E/M Yard, complete all as specified.

All as per Serial Item No. 1 here-in-before but for Submersible pump set of 10.0HP capacity, vertical type, Head 49Mtr & 12 LPS discharge, with two numbers of steel wire rope of minimum 6mm dia, control panel & star delta starter with and including dismantling existing pump and shifting to AGE E/M Yard, complete all as specified. Note for Serial Item No. 1 to 6: Contractor shall submit Make & Model details of pump sets for approval of GE before placing order.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of Ductile Iron pressure pipe of 200mm bore dia, Class K-9, PN-10 rating, ISI marked, confirming to IS-8329:2000 with flanged ends & blast furnace sludge cement with Portland cement properties, with and including jointing by bolting two flange faces together with rubber gaskets or fibre board gasket, aligning the pipe flanges, positioning the gasket, inserting the bolts, and then tightening the nuts in a crisscross pattern to ensure a proper seal, with and including cement mortar lining inside pipe with internal metallic zinc coating and external black bitumen coating on pipe, fixed to downline with fittings for water mains of over head tanks of any height / stagging with and including taking down old u/s CI pipe with fittings, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: 1. Quoted rate shall be inclusive for necessary scaffolding arrangements for fixing of Vertical DI Pipe 2. Necessary fittings will be measured and paid separately.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of Ductile Iron pressure pipe of 100mm bore dia, Class K-9, PN-10 rating, confirming to IS-8329:2000, ISI marked with socket & spigot ends & blast furnace sludge cement with Portland cement properties, jointing with and including rubber gaskets EDPM used with push-on-jointing confirming to IS 5382, with and including cement mortar lining inside pipe with internal metallic zinc coating and external black bitumen coating outside pipe, laid in trenches / floor, with and including taking down old u/s CI pipe with fittings, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: 1. Necessary earth work will be measured and paid separately. 2. Necessary fittings will be measured and paid separately.
