REPAIR WORKS

Demolishing cement concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of materials within 50 m lead as per direction of Engineer – In – Charge on floor.

Providing cement concrete pavement with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), including finishing complete.

Dismantling of road gully chamber of various sizes including C.I. Grating with frame including stacking of useful materials near the site and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metres lead.

Dismantling of old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster incl disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 mtr lead.

Repair to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under incl cutting the patch in proper shape, racking out joints and plastering the surface of the walls etc. complete with CM (1:4).

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper (one or more coats) of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.

Finishing wall with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade on old work (two or more coats on existing cement paint surface applied).

Providing and laying ceramic glazed floor tiles of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments. etc. complete.

Providing and Painting two or more coats with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter of area 3 sqm and below including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. Complete and stacking within 50 metres lead.

Providing and fixing flush door shutter non decorative type, core block board of 35 mm thick incl stainless steel butt hinges etc complete.

Providing and fixing aluminium handles of size : 125 mm, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts of size : 100x10 mm with necessary screws etc. Complete.

Providing and laying half brick masonry in cement mortar 1:4 with common burnt clay F.P.S (non modular) bricks of class designation in drain of plinth protection.

Providing 15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:4.

Providing and making plinth protection 50 mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75 mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including finishing the top smooth.

Providing and fixing CPVC pipes of 20 mm nominal outer dia pipes having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement including cutting chases and making good the walls etc.

Providing and fixing CPVC pipes of 25 mm nominal outer dia pipes having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement including cutting chases and making good the walls etc.

Providing and fixing white vitreous china flat back or wall corner type lipped front urinal basin of 430x260x350 mm with automatic flush cistern with standard flush pipe and C.P. Brass spreaders with brass unions and G.I clamps complete, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required.

Providing and fixing P.V.C flexible waste pipe of 32mm dia for urinal pot including P.V.C waste fittings complete.

Providing and fixing PTMT soap Dish Holder with concealed fitting arrangements.

Providing and fixing CP brass shower rose with 15 or 20 mm inlet of 150 mm dia.

Providing and fixing 15 mm nominal bore Brass bib cock of approved quality.

Providing and fixing 450 mm long PTMT towel rail complete with brackets fixed to wooden cleats with CP brass screws with concealed fittings arrangement of approved quality and colour.

Making of soak pit 2.5 mtr diametre 3.0 metre deep with 45x45 cm dry brick honey comb shaft with bricks of class designation 75 and SW drain pipe 100 mm dia, 1.8 m long complete as per standard design.

Construction of brick masonry manhole in cement mortar (1:4) with RCC top slab with (1:2:4) mix foundation concrete (1:4:8) mix inside plastering 12 mm thick with CM (1:3) finished with floating coat of neat cement and making channel in cement concrete(1:2:4) etc complete with common burnt clay FPS (non modular) bricks.

Providing and fixing PVC vent pipe 75 mm dia with vent cowl fixing properly.

Providing and fixing unplasticised rigid PVC single tee 110x110x110 mm Type-A, incl jointing with seal ring.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised PVC bend 75 mm dia.

Providing and fixing unplasticised rigid PVC pipes Type-A, incl jointing with seal ring, single socketed pipes of 110 mm dia .

Providing and fixing aluminium plain sheet in back side of flush door shutter, fixed with screws or nails etc complete.

Surface excavation n.exc. 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in all kind of soil.

Providing and laying hard core of gauge n.exc 63 mm size deposited, spread and leveled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Providing and making form work for sides of the concrete.

Providing and laying precast chequered cement concrete tiles of size 25cm x 25cm x 22mm thick, set joined and pointed in neat cement slurry dark shed with pigment with ordinary cement over 15mm thick screed bed of cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand) including a coat of acrylic exterior paint on tiles.
