Dismantling/Taking out existing hessain base felt or any other existing water proofing treatment from roof including cement plaster and exposing the top surface of RCC slab including removing dust, dirt and washing the roof and removing the dismantled debris to a distance exceeding 200 m but not exceeding 3000m spread and levelled as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L rendering 10mm thick (avg) on concrete surfaces over roof slabs, in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with liquid water proofing compound, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, to receive roof treatment complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: - water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only waterproofing compound.

M&L APP based polymeric membrane minimum veight 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non- woven fabric (wt. not less than 150gms/sqm) laid on primed surface by torch application method with minimum side overlap 100mm and 150mm as end lap over roofs after cleaning the surfaces properly with water and allowed to dry completely including priming surfaces for applying heavy treatment complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of surface with wire brush and remove loose particle & laitance, wash with clean water, damaged or hollow portion, sharp edges etc. must be cut and removed till the morther slab. Fillig the cracks and damaged portion with polymer mortar and allow it to cure for 24 hrs. Brush apply the 1st Priming coat (Dr. Fixit primeseal or equivalant in Sika/ Fosroc/ BASF) on prepared concrete/plastered surface by diluting 2 parts of Primeseal with 1 (one) part of water and allow to dry for 04 (four) hours. Apply the first coat of waterproofing coating (Dr. Fixit Newcoat or equivalent in Sika/ Fosroc/ BASF without any dilution at the rate of 2 Sqm per liter over the primed surface. On the wet surface of 1st coat overlay a open-woven fibre glass mesh, min 40 GSM of size 2mm x 2mm and allow it to soak completely.

Immediately apply the second coat with a roller, to eusure complete coverage of the fibre mesh. Apply the third coat after 6 to 8 hrs once the second coat is dry. Drying time between coats will be 6 to 8 hours all as directed and as per manufacturers instructions.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings.

Dismantling of Asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self-tapping screws all as specified & directed.

Dismantling Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards / slabs / blankets, any thickness, including frame work cover fillets

M & L providing Aluminium (powder coated) snap grid frame work in repair for false ceiling of grid size 605 mm x 605 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 12mm thick Perforated particle board/ tiles for insula-tion and accoustic purposes, 60x60 cm in size, fixed with nails to timber frame work or with staples on snap grid. (Note:- Aluminium grid shall be measured seperately under relevant item of this Schedule.)

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster on concrete solid block walls in two coats first coat of 10 mm in CM 1:4 & 2nd coat of 5mm in CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound finished to even & smooth w/o using extra cement. Note :- Integral water proofing liquid will be measured and paid separately.

M & L for preparation of new surfaces walls and applying two coat of acrylic anti-fugal weather proof exterior grade paint of first quality over a coat of primer incl sealing the cracks all as specified in manufacturers instruction Make STP Ltd (Shallcry - 215)/ Asian Paint (Ultima stretch)/ Berger Paint (Weather coat long) all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on concrete solid block wall surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for preparation on newly plastered surface of wall for painting and applying 3 mm thick wall care putty on plastered wall surfaces and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over chalk whiting.

M & L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old treated surface of steel and iron surfaces over 10 cm width or girth including prepartion of surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for prepartion of new surface of steel or iron surfaces over 10 mm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment and preparation of old surfaces of ceiling and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion over 3mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed.
