Supply and Erection of Prefabricated Insulated PUF Shelters at various locations at Sonamarg-Kargil national highway (Drass-Sonamarg stretch) for accommodation of snow clearance crew.

Supply and erection of Prefabricated Shelter with covered verandah of size (30 Feet x 32 Feet) using PUF Panels, Steel Structure, False Ceiling, Door & Aluminum windows including electrical wiring/ fittings as well as plumbing and sanitary fitting complete at various locations on Kargil-Zanskar National Highway as per technical specifications Annexure ‘C’ and Drawings at Annexure ‘E’

Construction of Plinth for erection of above Prefabricated PUF shelters of sizes (30’x32’) shall have following specifications: i) Depth of foundation should be 2’ and width 2’. ii) Plinth level (with DPC 4”) should be 3.5’ high from ground level and 1.5’ wide with plaster (1:6) at external side of the plinth. iii) Plinth will be filled with sand soil boulder, aggregate and PCC . iv) Flouring should be done with M15 concrete mixture and finished with a coat of neat cement Slury. v) Three steps stare case in front of main door of P.F. Huts. vi) Space for fixing Nut bolt and finishing after erection of P.F.Huts. vii) Plinth of P.F. Huts should not be cracked or up-down from ground level. viii) Dumping area should be cleaned after the construction work. ix) In the plinth size 20 x 24 and 16 x 24 (T.B) finishing of bathrooms (fitting in toilets and plumbing works). x) Stand for water tanks and water tank should be included. xi) Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation trenches or drains. xii) Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc.in layers
