Railway reserves the right to procure entire or bulk of the tendered quantity from RDSO approved sources or from OEM or their tender specific authorized agent or firms who have supplied bulk quantity of this item to any Railway in the past for the tendered item. Tenderer to upload current and valid RDSO approval letter with their offer for any approval in the interim period. Approval status as on the date of tender opening will be considered. Firm must submit PO copy and relevant R/Note copy. Authorized dealer may quote with tender specific authorization letter from their OEM. Trading Enterprises / Authorized agents will not be extended any MSE benefits.

1. Validity of offer shall not be less than 60 days. 2. Delivery of the material is required directly to the consignee. 3. Delivery Period offer should be within the proposed delivery schedule. As time is the essence of contract, the tenderers are to note the Railway's required delivery schedule given in the tender schedule and quote accordingly. Vague delivery period or a very high delivery period compared to Railway's specific delivery period in the tender schedule may be considered commercially unresponsive and is liable to be ignored.

Firm must be GST registered with concerned statutory authorities, otherwise offer will be summarily rejected. All the bidders / tenderers should ensure that they are GST compliant and their quoted tax structure rates are as per GST Law. HSN Code of the product should be specified. In case the successful tenderer is not liable to be registered under CGST/IGST/UTGST/SGST Act, the Railway shall deduct the applicable GST from his/her/their bills under Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM) and deposit the same to the concerned tax authority.
