Finishing Wall with premium Acrylic smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade new work two or more coat appiled @1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including base.

Providing and Fixing plain Window Glass complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing Flush door shutter complete in all respect

S/Fabrication of MS Angle /Chaukhat made with 40x40x5 mm of required size including MS Tie of 12 mm bar ,ISI MS Hinges 100x14G with screw arrangement including one coat of red oxide

S/Fabrication of MS glazed Door/ Windows of standard steel roller ISI Z-section of required size with MS flat iron hold fast20x4mm 150 m long including one coat of red oxide primer and fitting arrangement complete.

Providing and Laying Rectified glazed ceremic floor tiles 300x300 mm or more size (thickness to specified by approved make and colour) of first quality confirming to IS 15622 of approved make in colours and shade.

Supply and fixing 6mm thick approved white china glazed Wall tiles 300x300mm thick

25 mm thick Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mix with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement.
