Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 11/0.433 KV, 160 KVA Package Distribution Sub Station Oil type Copper Wound 160 KVA Distribution Transfomers, HV/LV switchgears amd enclosers including all accessories & fittings to form a complete package conforming to technical specification and scheduled of GTP as per latest JVVNL specifications. The PSS included foundation/ Civil work as per manufacture/ Discom specifications. The features and construction details of 11/0.433 KV packaged distribution substation shall be in accordance with the requirements stated here in under :
LT Air Circuit Breaker, 250 Amps. - 1 Nos. LT Moulded Case Circuit Braker, 125 Amps for outgoing feeders. - 3 Nos. Enclosure with Canopy/double roof for entire substation. - 1 Nos. Necessary disconnection devices, all necessary cables for installation connection between RMU, Transformer and LT Switchgear. Suitable size double compressions glands and lugs etc. Fire Extinguisher. - 2 Nos. Note :- Contractor has to submit drawing as per Technical Specification and GTP prior to inspection and got approved same from RE (Elect.), RHB, Jaipur.
P/Laying P.V.C. / XLPE insulated & P.V.C. sheathed cable of 1.1 KV grade with aluminium conductor of IS:1554 P-I / IS :7098 P - I of Group 1 of approved make in ground as per IS:1255 including excavation of 30cmx75cm size trench, 25 cm thick under layer of sand,IInd class bricks covering, refilling earth,compaction of earth, making necessary connection, testing etc. as required of size.
