Taking down/ Dismantling of solar panel board , Silicon seal, Gasket , Electric back up coil water tanks , capillaries and piping system for repair / replacement for damaged / U/S Parts of water heater system . Re fixing / reassembling the same after repair/ replacement the defective components of capacity of 100 LPD / 200 LPD complete all as specified and directed. Note:-The rates of material / spares is not included in this item rate. Spares will be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing the following parts/ components of 100 / 200 LPD Solar water heaters complete all as specified and directed.

Electric back up coil with thermostat 2 Kw to 3 Kw

Taking down/ Dismantling of old U/S water tank staging, and other fabrication framed work as structural work made out of Angle iron/ MS flat/ MS bar( Fe-410 etc and repair the same with suitable angles /flat iron/ bars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/disintegrated rock/hard dense soil etc n. exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, manholes, pier holes etc n.exc 10 Sqmr on plan and n.exc 1.5 meter in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm each layers complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material & surplus spoil n. exc 50 m to a distance and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Scraping the existing old surface of HT/ LT Poles and painting with one coat of primer and two coats of silver paint and marking of poles with 30 cms black and 30 cms white upto 1 meter height of pole on LT and marking of HT poles with Red and white paint , and marking of poles with standard size( 15 cms x7.5 cms ) of letters complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of voltage stabilizer of 5/3/2 KVA Cap for repair / replacement of U/S parts i.e transformer, relay, wiring and refixing after repair of damaged/U/S parts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for spreading clean dry sand cushioning to underground cable in layers of 23 cm (8 cm deep before laying of cable and 15cm deep over the cable) after laying the cable in trenches including punning thickness up to 18 cm , and filling in FOL Store as required complete all as specified and directed. Note: - Only punned thickness will be considered for payment.

Supply and laying burnt bricks sub class 'B' old size for cable protection laid length wise perpendicular to the axis of cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Scraping the existing old surface of panel boards and painting with one coat of primer and two coats of silver paint and marking of accessories fixed in panel boards standard size of letters complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for foam filling for firefighting extinghuture type A,B,C Type installed at different installations including painting with standard color of fire fighting code complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level connecting to GI strip 25x4 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel and earth wire protected by 40mm dia GI pipe medium grade and connected to distribution board/earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I(2009) and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.
