Soil investigation :- Drilling of 1 Nos of Bore hole of 100mm dia by mechanically operated rotatory drilling for soil investigation in any type if soil including boulders weathered rock and 76mm dia hole in hard rock by diamond cutting to depth 15m as directed by engineer in charge along with SPT at every 1.5m from GL till excepted depth SPT and other test required for designing the foundation. Test report should include all the test required for designing the foundation such as STP valve bore logs soil clarification aslo should cover the general recommendations for the proposed type of foundation system safe bearing capacity likely total settlement etc the report shall be submitted in quadruplicate duly bounded in presentable manner:- 1) The quantites mentioned above are tentative
these will be measured and paid actual executive manner. 2) Work is in restricted area
No water will be supplied by department. 3) The report should contain following for further ref duly bounded in book from sas per standard practice in quadruplicate:- (a) Bore hole chart (b) Profile of all bore hole (c) Bearing capacity calculation (d) Ground water table if encounter (e) Physical & chemical properties of soil/rock as per relvent IS provision (f) Consolidated test of undisturbed clay sample (g) Unconsolidated and undersized triaxial shear (h) Chemical analysis of ground water PH
