S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws. Sheet colour approved by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding/ridges to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling board (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets any thickness including cover fillets, complete all as specified and directed.

S& F in position suspended anodised aluminium false celling grid system using E-gird suspended celling grid system.The size of grid shall be 605X605mm fixed inthe grid of E-grid susended celling grid system duly suspended by 6mm dia GI(upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slab by means of celling cleats made out of GI flat 40X3 mm size long and expantion hold fastencer 12.5mm dai 40mm long and 4mm thick non asbestos fibre cement building board for fixing in 600X600mm aluminium frame grid complete all as spcified and dircted.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing servicable tiles to a store and rubbish off premises, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 350x250x 7 mm/ 450 x 350 x 7mm thick, on vertical surfaces of walls such as skirting dado etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for dark Shade Vitrified Ceramic tiles10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including10mm thick screed in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

Taking down wall panelling and similar work, complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

S&F solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick wood grain printed colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC/wooden frame as per specifications and drawing.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing tubular steel work in vertical posts, rafters, purlins, etc including special shaped washer and structural steel etc. omplete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240, complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

S&F mild steel work as in wind ties for roof including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 on walls finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of primer, complete all as directed by engineer-in-charge

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

M & L brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in Cement mortar 1:6 as in walls,drains etc, all as spcified and direcrted.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness below or above ground level including stone/tiles any type complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing reinforced cement concrete (Nominal mix) M-20 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour mild steel TMT bars, 5mm dia and over , cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, binding spirally for hooping or column, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips as in stirrups, spacer, binders, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slab, floor slab and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick for rough finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors/path/treads/risers with grey cement and pigment to match in floors ,over and including screed bed or bedding a layer of 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 20mm thick granite(of any type) work (table rubbed and polished, moulding ) in kitchen plateform and flooring,skirting/dados including screed bedding layer 15 mm thick in cement mortar(1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite, complete all as specified and directed
