| 1 | Providing, installation, commissioning, testing of 3 nos. Neutral Grounding Resistor (NGR) with fail safe monitoring relay system (setting of relay in multiple of 1) and other accessories of 6600 Voltage grade suitable for fault current of 10A, 381.1 Ohm rating for use in secondary side:-
1.Non ageing corrosion resistant AISI 304 grade or better stainless steel grid resistance of 381.1 Ohms for 6.6 KV NGR.
2.Solid State earth fault relay.
3.Resin cast HV & LV instrument & Current transformer.
4.Buzzer with all necessary accessories.
5.Floor mounted panel fitted with canopy complete with control wiring circuit.
6.Terminals, insulators wires ferrules tapes.
7.Fail safe monitoring relay and other required relays – NGR will be monitored through fail safe relay i.e. in case of NGR failure or open circuit from transformer neutral end to ground and or earth fault in the system relay will provide trip signal to HT breaker.

| 2 | A)Conducting following routine test for checking healthiness of each transformer though instrument calibrated from NABL accredited Laboratory : -
1.Insulation Test
2.Polarization index Test
3.Winding Resistance Test
4.Turn Ratio Test
5.Magnetic Balance test
6.Voltage Ratio Test
B) Conduct following Oil testing of each transformer from NABL/Govt Lab accredited Laboratory :-
1.Dissolve Gas Analysis (DGA) Test as per Standard IEC 60567 for Transformer oil
2.Break Down Voltage Test as per standard as IS 60156 for Transformer oil
3.Dielectric Dissipation factor ( Tan Delta) as per standard IS 60247 for Transformer oil
4.Specific Resistance as per standard IS 60247 for Transformer oil
5.Neutralization value as per standard IS 62021-1 for Transformer oil
6.Inter facial Tension Test as per standard ASTM D 971/IS 6104 for Transformer oil
7.Flash point test as per standard ASTM D – 6450 for Transformer oil
8.Furan Compounds as per standard IEC 61198 for Transformer oil
