Picking the existing damaged cement plaster surface

Plastering with cement mortar (1:5) 12mm ,thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specifications (S.I.306)

Painting two coats with Ready Mixed Enamel Paint over the Old iron works of approved quality and colour without priming coat including the cost all materials etc.,complete, in all floors.

Painting two coats with Oil bound Distember over one coat of wall primer(inner)

Painting New wall surface with Two coat of Plastic Emulsion paint of approved quality including cleaning of plaster surface with soap soda and water by manual labour.

Providing and laying , spreading and compacting 0.396 m3 of 45-22.40 mm & 0.528 m3 of 22.40-2.36 mm & 0.396 m3 of 2.36 mm graded elow metal graded stone aggregates to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed materials by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with pavers in sub Base / Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to acheive the desired density complete as per clause 406 of MORTH..,

Supplying and laying Rubberised interlocling Paver Block M40 grade providing and laying of 80mm thick high strenght type conforming IS 15658 - 2007 of rubberized interlocking paver block in size of minimum compressive strenght of 40N mm2 in uniform shape of approved make to be laid in flurring bone pattern with quary rubbish cushion below the uniform shape of approved non skitting surface in the top and the rate including leveling the base preparation of pavers as sub base , quarry rubbish cushion 150mm thick laying out of pavement cut the pieces to fix the edge vibring the pavers, sweeping transporting, loading. unloading of laying paver blocks as per standard specifications.

Paving the floor with design Antiskirt ceramic tiles (Colour and shade as directed ) of size 305 mm x 305 mm x 6 mm in all floors over a base layer of cement 1:3 ( one cement and three sand ) 20mm thick laid in situ and pointed with same coloured.
