Clearing Grass and Removal of Rubbish (Clearing road side Vegetation (Clearing road side Vegetation, brush wood mooli, bamboos, overgrowed grass, including cleaning of line drain and disposal of cut bushes down side hill side of the road formation). The jungle clearence should include minimum height of clearence 4.5 m from the top of the pavement on up hill side of the road including road shoulder and all the bushes on the shoulder and down the hill of the road.)

Pavement Work

Excavation in soil using Hydraulic Excavator & Tippers with Disposal upto 1000 meters. Excavation for roadwork's in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, In accordance with requirements of lines, grade and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000 meter.

Granular Sub-Base with Closed Graded Material (Table 400-1) by Mix in Place Method (Construction of granular sub Base by providing closed graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place methods with motivator at OMC and Compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, Completed as per clause 401) for Grading Material -III (Thickness 200 mm)

Wet Mix Macadam (Providing, laying, speeding and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet mix macadam specification including providing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying n uniform layers with paver in sub base/ base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieved the desired density. (Thickness 250 mm)

Prime coat (Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsionon prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate shown in 500-1 using mechanical means (Medium Porosity))

Tack coat (Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at required rate on the prepared bituminous/granularsurface cleaned with mechanical broom.)

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam (Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam with100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average out put of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5% by weight of total mix of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control tothe required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No.507 complete in all respects.) (ii) for Grading II (19 mm nominal size)

Bituminous Concrete (Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6%of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects) Case-I Using Bitumen 60/70 grade (i) for Grading-I (13 mm nominal size)

Filling Pot-holes and Patch Repairs with Bituminous concrete, 40mm. (Removal of all fiiled material, trimming of completed excavation to provide firm vertical faces, cleaning of surface, painting of tack coat on the sides and base of excavation as per clause 503, back filling the pot holes with hot bituminous material as per clause 503, back filling the pot holes with bituminous materail as per clause 504, compacting, trimming and finishing the surface to form a smooth continous surface, all as per clause 3004.2 (i) for grading I material

Earthen Shoulders Dressing

Maintenance of Earthen Shoulder (filling with fresh soil) (Making up loss of material/ irregularities on shoulder to the design level by adding fresh approved soil and compacting it with appropriate equipment.)

Crack Prevention Course

Crack Filling (Filling of crack using slow - curing bitumen emulsion and applying crusher dust in case crack are wider than 3mm.)

Hill Side Drain Clearance (Removal of earth from the choked hill side drain and disposing it on the valley side manually)

Excavation for Structure (earthwork in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of horing and bracing, removal of stumpsand other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfillingwith approved material.) Gabion Structure for Retaining earth (Providing and construction of a gabion structure for retaining earth with segments of wire cerate of Size 7mx3mx0.6m each divided into 1.5m compartments by cross netting, made from 4mm galvanized steel wire @ 32 kg per 10 Sqm having tensile strength of 300 MPA conforming to IS:260 and galvanizing coating conforming to IS:4826, woven into mesh with double twist, Mesh size not exceeding 100X100mm filled with boulders with least dimension of 200mm, all loose ends to be tied with 4mm galvanized steel wire up to minimum height of 5 meter including backfilling.
